Welcome to Casa Verde, where you can enjoy resort-style living in our newly built, 3,900sf home! This one of a kind retreat is perfect for a large family with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in the main house (all bedrooms have en suite private bathrooms) + we do have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in a spacious 600sf Guest House with full kitchen and family room. (Guests will need to indicate wanting guest house and additional fee will apply for 6th bedroom)

The dreamy backyard includes a 40 foot swimming pool with grotto under the waterfall, a jump rock, jacuzzi, BBQ, dining table, firepit and putting green.

More details on the main house…
• Grand entry with extra high ceilings and open concept dining and family room spaces.

• 2nd living area/lounge with large balcony located upstairs.

• Incredible chef's kitchen with 2 professional stoves and a large center island for prepping large group meals, fully supplied with everything you could ask for.

• 2 luxury suites include King beds + 3 luxury suites include Queen beds. (5 private bedroom Suites in main house) plus 1 bedroom suite located in Guest house for additional nightly fee. Advance notice required for guest house use.

• Exercise bike located in the master bedroom for workouts during your stay.

• Powder bathroom centrally located and accessible to the main kitchen and family room.

Everything was taken into account when we designed and custom built this dream home for our family and we would love to share it with you!

* In an effort to prevent fraud, we will require a photo copy of Drivers License or Passport for any adult guests for rental agreement purposes.

** The Jacuzzi and heater are available for your use during your stay with us. Please remember to turn off promptly after use so not to have excessive utility charges or there will be surcharge fee. Pool is not heated but can be heated for your stay but there is a $65 (per day) surcharge due high gas prices at this time so please let us know prior to your arrival and we can coordinate for you preset to 82 degrees.

** We have 3 exterior security cameras in the following locations. #1 - Front entry of home with Ring Doorbell. #2 - Driveway of our home located on the left side of the garage. #3 - Backyard of our home located on right side of guest house which does not view pool or jacuzzi but does view guest house slider door and back exterior table through to firepit and monitored by ADT for security purposes only.

Treat our home like it was yours! Clean up after yourself. No parties permitted. No smoking inside! Require Photo ID of adult guests once booked.

Pool not heated / Spa can be heated but turned on/off promptly or surcharge fee to guest. Notify heat pool in advance daily fee of $65 - 82 degrees.

Only registered guests are allowed in our home and maximum of 12. Guests use exercise equipment, hot tub and pool at their own risk.

Wonderful place to stay!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at this rental home. The location was convenient, and the home was lovely! It was spacious and beautiful, while at the same time being very comfortable. Communication with Stephanie was very good. She reached out to assure we had no trouble checking-in and made sure we knew how to reach them if there were any issues. The property was designed with ample gathering spaces, but there are also plenty of spots to catch some time alone. The attention to detail throughout the house and yard was amazing. We had a wonderful time. Our thanks to Stephanie and Tim for helping make our trip to LA so enjoyable.

Top Shelf Accommodations

The property was perfect for us to have all of children and grandchildren meet up during their spring breaks. The pool, jacuzzi and putting green were big hits. The home is spacious and everyone could spread out, yet be together in the large family room without being crowded. Everything we needed was there. We definitely have this home on our short list for our next California family vacation.

Wir waren mit 10 Freunden für einen Westküste mn Tripp für 4 Tage in dem Ferienhaus. Optimal für 10 Freunde oder mehrere Familien. Speziell der Aussenbereich mit Pool und Aussenküche waren fantastisch.

Resort style living!

Unbelievable home with hotel style back yard. Outdoor pool, spa, patio, bar, bbq bar was just so amazing. Separate house in the back with bedroom, full kitchen and living room area. The house was architecturally beautiful and designed with style and care. Huge home and very clean. Welcome basket was a much appreciated touch. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning. Perfect for a large extended family!

The best vacation home ever.

No other words are needed to describe the house since it was the best home ever. The home was so clean and big. It also had a nice pool and fire place where everyone can enjoy. My kids didnt want to go out becacuse they had so many things to play at home. I will definitelt go back for anothe vacation.😆😁😄

The inspiration of Casa Verde's architecture (designed by Tim) is a
warm, (Hawaiian inspired) plantation home with a spacious main home of 3900 SF with 5 Bedroom suites with en suite bathrooms * plus a detached Guest House with its own Queen bedroom, Family room and full kitchen (add on available per request). Enjoy our inviting Pool and Jacuzzi backyard retreat. Our main home comfortably sleeps 10 guest all in their own beds. We do have a queen bed + sofa bed in the guest house that will work well for overflow sleeping space as well. (Per request for guest house)

We hope our home quickly becomes your home away from home and you Love staying here as much as we do!
