Instructions
- Guest will be asked to send a photo of the passports for all the people who will be checking in so we can send them to El Gouna security management to get them entry permits.
- El Gouna security management has the right to disapprove the guest entry due to security reasons or if the guest is blacklisted from El Gouna due to previous unaccepted behavior since it is a private property.
- Amount Should be collected 7 days before arrival to avoid automated cancellation
- Guest will be requested to sign an online registration card upon arrival
- Location and entry code will be delivered to guest once payment is confirmed
- Check in from 03.00 pm to 10.00 pm
- Check out is at 12.00 pm
- No late check out is permitted
- No early check in is permitted
- Guest will be asked to provide an insurance deposit 300USD that will be held from his credit card
Check-out time is 12:00 noon

Check-in time is 3:00 PM

Late check-in after 10:00 PM will incur extra charge of USD 20.

Late check-out will incur extra charge of USD 20 per hour.

Smoking is not allowed in all our properties.

Unmarried couples is not allowed.

Arrival instructions provided to the guest directly by email when full payment has been received.
