Swim in the pristine waters of the pool or sunbathe on any of the 4 lounger chairs that can also be pulled under the covered patio for a reprieve from the sunshine. There's also a ping-pong table for added entertainment. So much fun!

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

*No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.

We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200.
