Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children; however, children are welcomed at your own discretion.

In the event that something is missing upon your arrival, please notify us immediately so that we can promptly send someone over with a replacement. You`ll find additional pillows and sheets in the closets, and while we don`t typically provide daily housekeeping or laundry service during your stay, we`re happy to accommodate these requests at an extra charge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of amenities, including coffee, green tea, basic spices, a complete set of pots and pans, dishes, and even an air-fryer!

SURVEILLANCE:
Our properties may also be monitored by EXTERIOR security cameras. These are used for the security of you, your guests, and others around. Please refrain from any illegal activity on the premises.

Our neighborhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noise between 9 pm and 7 am.
