Lovely and comfy studio - Free parking and laundry

Enjoy a comfortable studio in the heart of Miami, ideal for a relaxing getaway. It's just 5 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the beach, near Coral Gables and Calle Ocho, where you can experience great café cubano and friendly locals. Please note: a refundable $200 security deposit is required for post-surgery stays, and a cleaning fee applies for stays of 14 days or more. This is an independent studio attached to the main house. There is a private entrance separate from the main house. Enjoy a comfy queen size bed, full bathroom, fully furnished, and fully equipped kitchen. Complimentary wireless Internet access. Smart TV for you to enjoy your own favorite subscriptions. We have no cable. The washer and dryer, and parking space are also included. The laundry is complimentary. It is outside of the studio by the other gate on the opposite side of your entrance. Use code C1726 on white gate. Parking is on the driveway on the left side of the house, on the cement driveway floor, and park in front of the GREY planter. We will always be available to help you with anything you may need. You can text us. Both of our cellphones will be revealed once the reservation is complete. If we are unavailable, we will leave someone we trust that will be happy to help you. This area is really safe and quiet and you can walk for just 10 minutes to get to the supermarket and next door drink the best coffee and pastries in Miami, in Cafe Roma. I also love walking under the beautiful trees of Granada Avenue in Coral Gables, or sitting to read and drink a café cubano! You can rent a car from the Miami Airport, walk to 8th Street to take a bus. Uber, Lyft and bike rentals around the city are also available and so convenient!

Sweet Miami Trip

We so enjoyed our stay in this sweet little studio in this lovely neighborhood of Miami. It was such a perfect getaway at the end of the day when we were exhausted from the city. It was also a beautiful start to the day as well. There are lots of little cafes and shops where you can see the real community around you. Everyone is so nice and we would love to come back!

Beautifully decorated and well appointed quaint space.

It was a nice place for our overnight in the area. Great shower and gorgeous landscaping, wish we were going to be there longer to enjoy the property ammeniies.

Short and Sweet Stay

This was the cutest property in a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts provided us with clear check-in instructions and even offered some suggestions for delicious places to eat. We were close to the airport and about a 30 min ride to South Beach. The bed was super comfortable and the place had everything we needed.

Nice Intimate Property

This was a very intimate and quiet stay. The property was just spacious enough for our needs. A/C, Smart TV, Iron/Ironing board, Kitchenette, College Fridge. Overall it is perfect for an intimate couples getaway at a good price point compared to a hotel stay.

Beautiful and quaint

The host and cleaning staff were so helpful! I had difficulty getting into the home, but everyone was so helpful! Loved the location! I would stay here again! The only challenge was getting hot water for the shower! It took a long time to get a warm shower!

Miami Getaway

Planned a trip home to visit family and wanted to stay in the city, away from the tourist and to make it feel as if I was back home. This place was an excellent choice and would definitely recommend it to anyone travel to the heart of Miami. Parking was designated for the room that you were staying in, to me, one less worry. Clean apt, very cozy most of all, good area. Thank you again for letting stay at your Casa!

Hospital visit

We chose this property due to the ratings, its proximity to U Tower as my husband was having a major surgery. The property was perfect. Clean, safe and a short drive to the hospital. We would definitely safe again! Hopefully in the future it would be for a fun weekend getaway. 5 ⭐️'s

Grateful for the space and attentiveness

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was adorable and exactly as pictured—every detail matched the photos. It had all the essentials I needed, making it incredibly convenient. The view was serene and calming, adding a perfect touch of tranquility to my stay. I felt comfortable and relaxed, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. During a storm not only did the owners came to see how i was doing and handed me a handy lightbulb. They also called me to see how I was doing. It was greatly appreciated. I am grateful.

Coral Gables Cuteness

Beautiful, clean and cozy space in OUTER Coral Gables. Well appointed. Next time will stay closer to the University as it felt like a LONG 5.7 miles away. Shower took inordinately long to get warm and smart TV was not online requiring me to squander at least 30 minutes to get it working. All that being said, it was affordable and clean and I would recommend it for folks on a budget.

The rate was low, so no complaints about that. I do have a beef when something that is promised is not actually provided: namely parking, a functioning kitchen, laundry, working electrical outlets, a decent coffee maker, and a working toilet. Worst of all, the hosts didn't respond to texts or phone messages for three days, nor did they answer the phone. We have rented often, including in Miami. All of our ratings by hosts are excellent. This was the worst experience I'd ever had. Room smelled musty, bed was comfy, AC worked, sitting outside marred by noise from next door, including a yappy dog.

Wonderful Property!

The location is exactly as pictured and Rodrigo was amazing and accommodating to us throughout. There was the slightest issue which was that the shower was a tiny bit untidy (the top walls seems splattered with something and there was some build-up/residue in the corners of the shower that if water was splashed on it, it would come out) and there was no vent in the restroom either, the water would run out of hot water very quickly and a few cold showers were taken we noticed that mid morning and early evenings were the best times to get a few minutes of warm to hot water. However the rest of the unit was so great, I’d gladly stay here again.

Cute and quaint

My husband and I traveled to Miami for our 3rd wedding anniversary. This home away from home was very cute and quaint and was exactly what we needed. It was very comfy and cozy and very clean. The location is cool, right in the middle of everywhere. The neighborhood is ok, quiet most times. Although, one night we came back from hanging out and the neighbors across the street were singing Karaoke in their backyard. Seemed fun and my husband and I were tempted to join but didn’t, lol. Fun times! The host, Rodrigo, was very easy to communicate with and his directions for check-in and out were clear and easy to follow. The only complaint I would have about this place is that when taking a shower, the water is lukewarm at best. For those of you who like hot showers, be warned. Great place to stay overall. I would definitely recommend choosing this property!

Great trip to Miami

Isabelle and I arrived in Miami for a 4 day Birthday Celebration Get Away. On Friday, we spent a long and enjoyable day driving down to Key West and back late that night. For the rest of the weekend, we enjoyed Miami, South Beach and Little Havana. Great sites / great town - - We had some great dinners in Sexy Fish and Giannni's at the former Versace Mansion in South Beach. Gianni's was a little pricey, but you expect this from a place like this - it was definitely worth the price!. The apartment was fantastic; the place is modern, clean and very comfortable (and the price was right)!. After making our reservation, I had a few questions and, the Host, Rodrigio, was very quick to respond and he provided his cell for me to call him. Shortly after we arrived at the house, Rodrigo called to make sure we were settled in and everything was as expected. He also made some great recommendations for places in the area. With a rental car (or Uber), this property is very convenient to all Miami has to offer. As we were going out on Sunday, the group that were staying in the 3 bedroom unit in the house (with an inground pool) were just leaving and we had a chance to speak with them. They gave rave reviews on this 3 bedroom / 3 bath - inground pool Unit. sometime in the future, I'm sure we'll be back with a few friends and we'll stay in the 3 bedroom unit!

Ideal for our almost two-week stay

We were in Miami so that I could work at Florida International University. This VRBO was ideal for us because of the proximity to the airport (10 minutes), University (15 minutes), and shopping and restaurants. The apartment featured a private parking space for us, excellent security, beautiful neighborhood, comfy bed, and well-furnished kitchen. We sometimes had breakfast and dinner in the apartment, thus saving on the costs of eating out. The bathroom featured a walk-in shower (so important for us as seniors). The kitchen was furnished with all kinds of gadgets (including a wine opener). My husband was at the apartment more than I and took advantage of the beautiful seating area around the washer/dryer area. He made friends with the cleaning lady (our apartment was spotless when we moved in and we tried to leave it that way when we left.) There were trash cans and recycle bins located next to the parking lot. The water in the shower never got very hot, and I would have loved to have a handicapped rail in the shower. Coming in the front door was difficult with a suitcase, because the steps were narrow and deep. I would have liked a light in the kitchen area, and the lamp/fan over the bed never worked. The closet was very large but the door/track didn't seem to line up correctly. The air conditioning worked beautifully--no problem there. The linens were lovely (towels were big and fluffy). Overall, we were delighted with our stay and would stay there again
