The unit was clean and decorated really nice that would appeal to most people. Only complaint was, the unit has a window unit air conditioner that worked very well, but was hidden behind the curtains!! We would highly recommend this VRBO!!

Perfect space with a great location that is walkable to Emporia State and downtown to shops, restaurants, and bars. Hope to stay here again. This rental also supports an amazing resource for the city.

Parking easy. Small but nice kitchen. 2 burner stove top, microwave, very clean fridge. Plenty of hot water. Quiet comfortable room. Couch had been replaced with bunk bed looked like full/queen ax on bottom and twin on top. A curtain on ceiling track to divide front and back areas- kitchen/bunks and king bed/tv

Overall great stay. Be aware of train yard nearby, no fault of owner, but bring noise machine or something to drown out train horns throughout the night.

Good accommodations

Great place to stay while we attend events at the university. The twin mattresses gave us pause until we realized they were adjustable! Size of apartment was just right and it was nice to have the option of additional sleeping to accommodate our college student.

Excellent communication by the owner. Clean inside with everything that i needed. Not much curb appeal but didn't matter because the inside was so nice. Felt comfortable and cozy.

Easy booking. Quick responses to inquiries. Front door was a little tricky to open until called owner (who answered immediately) & he was able to tell me what to do since it may have swollen in the rain. Took a little bit for me to find the window a/c unit, but once I got it going, it was quite comfortable. Bed made for a good sleep & shower was refreshing. Nice place to stay for a night!

Great spot for a game weekend

This spot was great. Easy to get to, and convenient location. Very clean. Only down side was the 2 twin beds in the king frame. Kind of uncomfortable for sharing. We’ll definitely be back though!

sad occasion

I usually stay with my family in Emporia but this time I was there for the funeral for my grandson and my daughter was with me, so we decided to stay elsewhere. I this was a very comfortable place and well located. It fit all of our needs; I would recommend it to anyone.
