The lake house is situated on the northeast shore of Flathead Lake in a perfect spot for long, lazy sunset viewing over mountain vistas to the North, South and West, with wildlife to spot and enjoy from the many windows and sitting areas with nature views. Painstakingly updated, the kitchen is well equipped for even the most discerning cook! Plenty of dishware and accoutrements for entertaining. The dining area boasts a large dining room table with beautiful water views and leads onto the deck, designed for grilling and congregating and OHHHHHH, the sunsets!!! From the deck you can see your private dock and tennis/basketball court, plus enjoy the beautiful gardens surrounding you everywhere, including a gated rose garden. A small hiking trail leads to a secret set of cedar stairs taking you to the southernmost tip of the property shoreline.

The living area boasts a great room with breathtaking lake views via floor to ceiling windows, and a beautiful stone fireplace reaching up to the vaulted ceiling, plus a multitude of western art collected through Montana, Wyoming, Colorado and surrounds. The large tv is perfect for movie night or sporting events. Enjoy the custom sound system in each room, available to connect via bluetooth to your phone. Board games and art supplies are tucked away in the cupboard, waiting for all to use!

A large laundry/mud room off the kitchen has plenty of space for your coats, towels, tennis racquets and of course, laundry! Here you will also find a store of cleaning supplies and paper products for your use, as well as beach towels, outdoor blankets, tennis and pickleball equipment, and basketballs.

The spacious main suite has a desk and seating area with lake views, a comfortable king sized bed with fresh linens, copious amounts of drawer spaces and a bathroom complete with jetted tub, walk in shower, toilet and bidet, plus two sink areas separated by a seated vanity. Plenty of storage for towels and toiletries!

Upstairs is home to the north and south bedrooms, one king and one queen, that share a bright, sunny bathroom with plenty of towels and storage space for personal items Both upper bedrooms have ample clothing storage with clean, new bureaus and large closets.

Downstairs is another living room, with a communal living space, a functional stone fireplace of its own, television, bar area and sliding doors opening to the front lawn which leads to the stairs heading down to your very own stone beach and dock. The dock has a fully updated lighting system and comfortable sitting area for an evening glass of wine or private conversation. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing and more just steps out your front door! There is a king bedroom downstairs, as well as a children’s room with (4) twin beds and a crib. The twin beds can be converted to kings to accommodate adults. Both bedrooms share a full bath with walk-in shower plus plenty of towels and storage space.

The town of Bigfork, MT is approximately 7 miles away, with theater, art galleries, shops with fine clothing and Montana souvenirs, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bakeries, a distillery and a brewery, plus a pickle ball complex and bowling alley. There are nearby public boat ramps, jet ski rentals, 27 hole championship Eagle Bend golf course (8 golf courses within driving distance), and the west gate of Glacier National Park is a less than an hour from your front door! Whitefish Mountain Resort in the lovely town of Whitefish, and Blacktail Ski Area directly across the lake in Lakeside, MT are both within an hours drive as well. Downtown Kalispell is a 20 minute drive, with its share of shops, restaurants and western culture waiting for you to explore! Whitefish is also home to many exclusive shops, restaurants and art galleries, it is NOT to be missed as part of your Western Montana experience! Many annual festivals and events are always taking place in the Valley, there is something to do year round! Surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the Mission and Swan Mountains, The Bison Range, and other Federal & State Parks (in addition to Glacier National) are all within a 2 hour drive or less and will be calling to the hiker in you!
