The Kansas Cottage is a calming retreat in the heart of Norman.

We have one (1) king and (2) two queen memory foam beds for a great night of sleep. Hang out in the cozy living room with its 55” Smart TV, play board games in the spacious dining room, or chill and grill out on the private back patio.

While The Kansas Cottage provides a calm and peaceful stay, if a night out seems in order - The Main Street District is just a .7 mile walk to great restaurants, bars and shopping!

The space
The Kansas Cottage was designed to be a welcoming home away from home. The neutral palette throughout the home was intentional to make your experience a relaxing and calming one.

The Kansas Cottage is an adorable three (3) bedroom, two (2) bath home in the heart of Norman. The primary bedroom has a king-size memory foam mattress, side tables, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom, complete with a soaker tub and walk-in shower. Both secondary bedrooms have a queen-size memory foam mattress, side tables, and ample hanging space. The living room has a cozy leather couch for an additional person to sleep on.

The back patio and spacious yard make for a fun, laidback experience to gather with friends and family - whether playing games, grilling out, or relaxing on the custom pergola under beautiful lighting. The Kansas Cottage is meant to be part of your Norman experience and not just a place to lay your head at night.

Guest access
Check-In and Check Out
We do NOT accommodate Early Check-Ins or Late Check Outs. This policy is in place to protect our Sanitation Team's time in readily preparing and sanitizing the cabin in order to provide you and our next guests with a safe, clean, and suitable space. Thank you for your understanding!
Breaching this policy with an unauthorized Early Check In's and/or Late Check Out's will result in extra fees.

Guests will have full access to the property minus two (2) locked Owner's Closets.

Other things to note
Pets
We invite up to two (2) potty-trained dogs to accompany you. Please let us know that your furry friends will be joining you!
We ask that you kindly clean up after your dogs in the yard. Complimentary dog waste bags are provided for easy clean up.
We also ask that dogs are kept off of the furniture to guard against accidental scratching. Please be aware, any damages caused by pets are 100% the responsibility of the guests.

COVID19 and Flu Season
In the wake of COVID19 and its variants, if during your stay you or one of your group members begin to experience symptoms of COVID19 or the seasonal flu, we ask that you simply send us a courtesy message prior to your Check Out. This will allow us to make our Sanitation Team aware in order to carry out special COVID19 sanitation protocol, as well as protect themselves from exposure while carrying out their duties. We truly appreciate your willingness to cooperate within this policy! Safety is of upmost importance to us!
