**BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS**
This mountainside condo features two master bedrooms each with a comfortable king-sized bed, and twin bunk beds in the downstairs bedroom. There are two bathrooms upstairs, both with a bathtub/shower combo, and all essentials are provided.

Bedroom 1: King bed.
Bedroom 2: King bed.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed ( 2 single beds).
Living room: Sofa bed.
2 Bathrooms are large and bright, and essentials are provided.

**LOUNGE AND KITCHEN**
The stylish, yet comfortable sofa and lounge chair in the living area provides a great view of both the fireplace and television to enjoy your favorite movies. There are also arcade games to play after a big day of adventure! The kitchen is open concept modern style, with all you need to make your favorite meals. An island with bar-style seating for 2 and a dining table with seating for 6.

Our guest`s opinion: `Kim`s place in Dead Man`s Flat is the best stocked AirB&B I`ve ever stayed at. She had everything we needed, and plenty for the 5 of us. The condo is located in a mountain resort located in Dead Man`s Flats, near The Three Sisters Campground, and a close drive of Canmore, Sunshine Village, and Lake Louise.

In order to better enjoy the area, we really recommend renting a vehicle. You can either rent a car or a bike to move around as there is no public transportation. :)

- PETS: Your furry friend is welcome! Only 1 pet is allowed. Our pet fee is $25 CAD per night, and it is not included in the nightly rate. This fee will be collected after booking. Make sure to bring doggy bags to pick up their waste, and do not leave your pet unattended inside the unit.

- We have one dedicated parking spot for our guest`s use.

- The underground parking has a maximum height capacity of 7 ft.

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

-Hot tub availability is weather-dependent
Welcome to your home away from home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.

2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 8 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. PETS: Your furry friend is welcome! Only 1 pet is allowed. Our pet fee is $25 CAD per night, and it is not included in the nightly rate. This fee will be collected after booking. Make sure to bring doggy bags to pick up their waste, and do not leave your pet unattended inside the unit.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).


9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.

11. The resort requires guests to provide their vehicle details for parking registration. Hosts are not responsible for any parking tickets incurred by guests.

We were a group of six women who spent the week hiking in the area. This was a perfect place for us to call homebase. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and the property owners were very responsive to our questions. Location was perfect for zipping up to Banff and Lake Louise and beyond.

Lovely getaway, lots of homey touches

Hosts were excellent, checked in often to see if all was going well. Condo was clean, fully stocked with everything you'd need and even had extras like laundry soap. The arcade was a hit with the kids, I would stay here again for sure!
