The Residences of Kensington are the crown jewel in our array of housing offerings. These two-bedroom one bath units feature a waterfall granite island with four designer stools, a large executive 78″ built in modern fireplace with 65″ built in television, and a full stainless steel high-end appliance upgrade.

The Lavish Lion unit is extra special with tons of modern safari touches, patagonia granite countertops, tile backsplash, upholstered stools with nail head trim and gold accents.

Each unit comes with a garage, not attached, and free laundry access in the building (not in the individual units). In addition to the garage there is a second parking space available for each apartment.

The Celestial Suite, the Peacock Penthouse and Appleton Atlantis will be released during the month of August 2022 all equally appointed. Eight additional units will be released throughout the fall.

Clients should be aware that we have light construction going on in some of the units. This light construction includes updating tile and flooring replacement in last remaining units awaiting updates. (The 610 building has only one-unit remaining updates as of September 2022.
