Gail Gardner Gemstone is a modern tiny home located minutes from Downtown Prescott. This home features one bedroom, one bathroom and a private fenced yard for our furry guests. You will feel right at home the moment you walk through the door with plenty of natural lighting and modern furnishings. This home features a small eating nook, the best coffee bar and a beautiful yard for grilling or sitting by fire. Gail Gardner Gemstone is a 5 minute drive to Downtown Prescott.

Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Prescott offers year round activities including Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July, special events at Halloween, Veterans Day parade, Thanksgiving, Annual Courthouse Lighting in Arizona’s Christmas City, Christmas festivities, and The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square, bring your chairs, picnic basket and enjoy the music on the Courthouse Square. Numerous one-of-a-kind restaurants and coffee shops downtown offer culinary delights for everyone from carnivores to vegans and to those who are gluten free.

Prescott offers many hiking trails from light and easy to those for the more adventurous seeking a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is 2-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is an hour away, Jerome is 40 minutes and Flagstaff 1-1/2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 15 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy!

INSIDE THE HOME
Living room: A perfect gathering place to read or cozy up after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. This space offers Smart Tv to stream your favorite apps. There is additional sleeping space on the convertible sofa.

Kitchen: The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, except the ingredients. This modern tiny home features a four-burner stove, oven, microwave and a Keurig coffee maker.

Bathroom 1: The bathroom includes a walk-in shower with waterfall shower head, sink and Led vanity mirror. The bathroom is stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash for guest use.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a queen size bed, full size mirror and plenty of closet space. The room offers plenty of natural lighting. The bedroom features a large projector screen which allows guests to stream movies in bed.

Laundry: This tiny home features an all-in-one washer/dryer combo for guest convenience. Laundry supplies and garment steamer are available for guest use.

OUTSIDE
Gail Gardner Gemstone features a fully fenced front yard, a sitting area with a gas fire pit and propane barbecue grill.

This property is equipped with an EV charging system.

BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires a pet fee, this fee will NOT be shown at time of booking. The $115 pet fee will be charged and payable through Airbnb once you`ve made us aware of the pet. It’s the guest`s responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee.

Rules and Policies
You must be at least 25 to rent. Only registered guests at the property, let us know if you are planning on having outside guests at any time during your stay.

Wanderlust Prescott Retreats is a Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed separate from what is required by Airbnb. This contract will be sent after Airbnb confirms the booking with our office.

Pets or no pets: It’s the guest’s responsibility to make Wanderlust Prescott Retreats aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we’ve confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you’re required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.

Guests will be sent check-in instructions four days prior to arrival.

• No parties or events allowed without prior consent.
• No smoking Allowed.
• No pets allowed without prior consent.
• No unregistered guests allowed.
• Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• Please respect the noise curfew (10pm-6am).
• Please turn the thermostat to the desired temperature.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• Please do your dishes.
• Please take out your trash before you leave.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
VACATION CODE OF HONOR: Only registered guests are permitted to enjoy the property, home and amenities at all times. Please do not jeopardize your stay by permitting guests and/or visitors other than those listed on your agreement. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we adhere to, abide by the Golden Rule.
