Such a comfortable home in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner was so kind and easy to work with. Will definitely be staying here again!

Redding fishing trip, right near downtown

Best vrbo yet. Easy to town and great house that is well stocked and great communication from host.

Memorial Weekend Getaway

The stay couldn’t have been better, the host got back to me in a timely manner with all my questions pre-trip and during the trip. The pool and barbecue was a perfect way to end a day of all the adventures Shasta county has to offer. Would absolutely book and stay here again!!!

Stay for r HR tournament

4 Adults stayed for the Redding At here Trail Shoot. House was perfect. Great communication with the host. Didn’t get to use the pool because the weather was too cold but it was clean as well

Well appointed house in a convenient location

This property was very well furnished and had many nice amenities. The Master shower is SMALL so if you are a larger individual you may need to use the shared bathroom. No microwave but all other appliances were in great shape and well cared for. Back deck area is private and beautiful. Too cold to use the pool, but if we were here in Summer it would have been a welcome reprieve. Would absolutely use this house again.

We are so happy you enjoyed our home. Typically the pool is used and warm enough starting late April, but we had that cold storm rip though the weekend you were here. We would love to have you back anytime. Thanks again! Trev and Csilla

Absolutely shabby experience, owner not contactable.

1. Owner was not contactable, gave excuses of being away at a retreat, etc.2. Nobody was nominated/contactable to back up the property owner.3. Key code not given to VRBO, so they could not help either. 4. Complete waste of time.

I am very sorry that this situation occurred. If I could have known that such a thing is possible, I would have planned differently. The house should not have been rentable during those times, and was specifically blocked during those dates. This was because I was away at a retreat and knew I would not have access to technology. The calendar should not have allowed someone to book during that time, which is why it's was very concerning that this did happen. It is something I am working with VRBO on to figure out what could have been the cause of this and also how to make sure it doesnt happen again. I love people enjoying Redding and the house and always strive to make their journey and experience top notch! Again, my deepest apologies for the inconvenience and trouble it caused you. Simply Wonderful

We rented right in the middle of a heatwave and the pool was perfect. The house was spacious and clean with good rooms and decor. As mentioned the pool was perfect and the covered deck was great for getting shade when needed. Well located to down town and less than 10 mins to get across town to the larger stores. Communication with the owners was simple and prompt. We had some simple questions about a couple of items, and the owners responded quickly and answered our questions no problem. We rented as a family with two teenagers who each got a room, but this property could easily accommodate three couples. Should we find ourselves in the Redding area again I would definitely rent this property if it was available.

Great Stay!

This is a lovely, spacious house with modern, eclectic decor and a great pool and outdoor lounge. I would definitely stay here again. My husband and I had a great overall experience. There were two less-than-ideal things. The neighbors played loud music after 11 pm on two of the nights we were there.The other nights it was really quiet. Also, the pool does not have a railing, so it’s a little tricky to get in and out. My husband and I both had trouble. I’m 55, he’s 57. I suggested to the host to put one in. Hopefully she will. Despite these two things it was a really great stay and I hope to stay again!
