The host went out of his way to ensure my group was accommodated. He stepped up where someone else canceled our reservation. Absolutely great human being and would definitely stay again.

Very Clean and smelled Great! This home was very cozy and comfortable for our family. Plenty space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. Loved the fenced back yard and the neighborhood was very quiet and conveniently located for all shopping and dining. This pet friendly home was very clean and smelled amazing which was very noticeable upon our arrival. Perfect property for our family of 4 and our 7 month old Yorkie. We will definitely use again if our daughter decides to attend college in the area.

The property was very clean and well maintained we enjoyed the use of the grill and sitting on the back porch. The property is located very conveniently to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay there again.

Iā€™ve only ever stayed at Mikeā€™s place when Iā€™m working in Montgomery! Mike is very accommodating and responsive. His place always meticulously clean and smells amazing! Neighborhood is very quiet and safe! Love Mike and my Montgomery home away from home!!

Love my home away from home when Iā€™m working in the Montgomery area. Mikeā€™s place is quiet and clean and heā€™s very responsive if you need to reach out for anything. Mike is very accommodating and I will stay again when Iā€™m in the area!!

Our Cats Got the Most out of the Stay

My daughter and I were in town for doctor's appointments and this location was perfect! We were gone all day on most days but a nice, comfortable and warm place to retreat from our busy days was great. We appreciate the owner allowing us to stay with our cats which was most important; they enjoyed running around the space and having lots of windows for daytime cat tv. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the Montgomery area.

Covered all our bases

We were in town 3 nights for a graduation and had 4 adults and a large teenager in our party. The location was close to everything we needed. The property is better suited for parties of 4, but we werenā€™t on top of each other at all. Itā€™s a little limited in bathroom and dining space, but those werenā€™t big priorities for us. The double living rooms with tvs are nice if youā€™re traveling with kids. Overall I would recommend this property. It is well kept and nicely furnished

Lovely updated home

Micheal was very attentive and responsive when needed. Home is spacious and very comfortable. All modern appliances and electronics. Close to everything you need, Target with EV charging and Walmart and unlimited places to eat. I will look them up again next year for our annual softball tournaments. I would suggest this home to any family coming to the area. Very happy with our stay.

Family reunion stay

My overall impression of the property was good. I felt that the King size bed was too high off the floor. There was no chair that you could sit in while you do what you need to do in. The only option was that bed. It was comfortable, but it was too high as far as everything else. It was pleasant.

Heavenly Hideaway Worth every DOLLAR!

Let me tell you the pictures does not give this property justice. Its a modern technology oasis. Michael put a lot of love in this property. The home was nicely decorated, clean and free of odors, decorations were beautiful, the beds comfortable, water pressure was great for 5 adults cooking and bathing. The home was smoke and bug free! Always a plus when traveling! Michael was an amazing host. Very responsive to our needs, especially since everything was operated with new state of the art technology.. Thank you Michael!

Quiet Neighborhood

We had a nice stay, the property was clean and accommodating for our quick trip to attend our sonā€™s officer training graduation. We could not get the bedroom TV fire stick remotes to work but we didn't mind watching TV as a family in the main room. The back toilet had issues the first night but Michael was quick to send a repair person out to fix it and we greatly appreciated the quick response! The house is in a good location for food and freeway access!

We booked this rental for three nights while we were in town for a funeral and unfamiliar with the city. Unfortunately, our experience was a disaster during our time of grief.On our first night, we discovered a large roach in the rental, which we documented with photos and video. Later that night, around 2 am, a large gathering of people outside the house argued and fought loudly, disturbing our rest.The following night, we were woken up again at the same time by gunfire in the neighborhood. We were forced to lie on the floor due to the danger of the situation. The next morning, we decided to leave, cutting our stay short by an entire day due to the unsafe environment.The rental is located in a noisy and unclean neighborhood that felt far from secure. The house's excessive security lights were an immediate red flag.Upon informing the owner of these serious issues, he was firm that he would not issue us a refund or allow us to cancel, despite our request within one hour of arrival. He was made aware of each incident and responded in a manner that implied we were not being truthful.In summary, we were deeply disappointed with our stay and the owner's lack of support. We cannot recommend this rental to anyone, especially those who value safety and peace of mind."

Pros: Easy to find & access, plenty of off-street parking, nice neigborhood. Clean linens, plenty of pillows, washcloths, & towels. Good water pressure & plenty of hot water. Clean floors & surfaces, no dirt or molds observed. Close to shopping & restaurants.Cons: Cockroaches in the kitchen. Authorized Host to come by while we were out. Said he sprayed, but roaches were back every night we stayed. Listing said 1 king & 2 queen beds. There was 1 king, 1 full & 2 twin beds. King bed was hard & easily 35-36 inches off the ground, & twin beds were 32-33 inches off the ground. Step stools were required. Only full bed was normal height. Night tables by king bed were only 19-20 inches tall, making them almost impossible to reach from bed without falling out. The dining table and seating were tall and only had 4 seats with no cushions. You couldn't seat more than 3 people at it without repositioning (and blocking kitchen access) due to it's proximity to the washer/dryer and fireplace hearth. Conversely, the couches were low & you sank in the seat making it hard to get out. No side tables to set drinks on, so it was put them on the floor or hold them in your lap. The shower curtain liner in hall bath had stripped holes & needs replacing. Space very limited to set things on both bathroom vanities & med cabinet had no shelves to hold items. No luggage racks for suitcases, an issue since sparse hangers, & no drawers in 2 of 3 bedrooms. No dishwasher detergent or bath bar soaps.
