This well-appointed Summit Beach Resort condominium is located at the 15-story complex. The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This well-maintained unit offers an amazing gulf view from its beachfront balcony. Fully equipped to host your family or friends on a comfortable, sun-filled vacation. This condo offers a king bed in the bedroom, 1.5 baths, two twin size bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 which is charged within 24 hours of your arrival date, and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee of $27. This registration includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27.

**The Summit Condominiums is undergoing a property-wide balcony restoration project from September 2025 through March 2026, with dates subject to change based on weather and construction progress. During this period, balconies may be closed or partially closed, outdoor furniture may be stored inside the unit, and guests should expect noise and dust. While we will reaccommodate as able, no refunds, discounts, or guaranteed relocations will be provided. Thank you for your understanding while property improvements are being made!**

The Summit Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was good but the only complaint k have is that the elevators were to hot and broke down half the time but other than that our stay was great

Overall great place

We had a really great time! The unit was nice, only complaint was not enough silverware and the batteries to the remote didn't work the TV. But very kid friendly and the unit was very nice! Will definitely be coming back!

My stay

This condo needed a lot of work had to call maintenance 2 times never showed plugs did not work oven eyes broke bathroom ceiling falling looks like ceiling was leaking microwave was peeling and black inside lights were flickering had to hold handle on commode to get it to flush won’t stay here again

Dissatisfactory Experience at The Summit, Beach Room Rentals LLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving to the location and entering our first assigned unit, we were utterly shocked at the state of the condo. There was dirt, sand, mold, chipped paint, numerous damages, a foul moldy/mildew odor throughout the entire unit and rusted appliances/areas. The furniture was outdated, uncomfortable and completely different from the pictures featured on the website. There was sand in the sheets of the beds and over the floor of each room. We were hesitant to use any appliances or look too closely into cabinets out of fear of what they may have contained. Considering that two of my family members have a history of asthma, we felt it was unsafe to remain in the unit and asked to move to another unit. After making a phone call and being left without a clear answer or solution for an hour, we attempted to call again. During this time we spoke to an employee of the Summitt who helped us as best he could despite not having any connection to the rooming process. Once being granted a new condo unit, we entered it to find a minimally improved state compared to the previous. We found cigarette holes in various furniture pieces, despite being assured that all units are "smoke free". The cabinets and bunk bed appeared as if they were unfinished as the wood boarding was exposed. On the balcony there was a loose tile that was connected to the patio simply with what appeared as electrical tape. The shower and bathtub were not in proper condition, with chipped and damaged areas, while the other bathroom's lighting was connected to an obnoxiously loud fan. Many of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty and appeared to not have been washed as directed to the last tenants. The washer unit seemed it didn't work, and began working only after being repeatedly moved back and forth. The pool that is posted as open until 11pm was found to be off-limits past 7pm due to "lighting issues" which is hard to believe as there were lights on in the pool. Only 2 working elevators for 16 floors.
