If you asked my friends, they could say I'm practical, intellectual, and well-traveled. While I currently reside in California, travelling the world is something I truly enjoy. In excess of seven different countries have been home for me. There are more than 35 Countries I've visited. This is the MOST central stay in all of Miami. You are a 10-15 minute drive from EVERYTHING that Miami has to offer. Do you love going to the trendy restaurants in Wynwood? How about the beaches in Miami Beach? Or do you want to find a hidden gem amongst Coral Gables. Well THIS property is calling you.
• House is 3 bedrooms 2 baths and sleep 8 maximum. (If you rent both units you will have access to 6 bedrooms 4 baths, it sleeps 16 maximum).
• Newly renovated, all new appliances throughout, bright/has lots of natural lights
• Keyless entry with Ring doorbell security
• High speed Wi-Fi. Remote workstation included in multiple bedrooms
• Modern furniture and beautifully furnished throughout
• Smart TVs that you can access your Youtube, Hulu or Netflix and Prime video
• Living room also has a sleeper sofa
• Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dining ware, drinkware and appliances incl. Refrigerator, electric stove, microwave and dishwasher. Washer/dryer included
• Coffee and tea station: complimentary Nespresso included with tea and granola breakfast bars
• Bedrooms:
o Bedroom 1 = Master bedroom downstairs - sleep 2;
o Bedrooms 2 and 3 are upstairs:
Bedroom 2 = 1 queen bed - sleep 2
