The host, was wonderful in communication. I expressed a concern and it was address fast. Turns out, my concern was not warrant. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the location was great for us, there were all kinds of appliances and we really enjoyed our stay. I can see us booking here again.

Home was very welcoming and clean. This home literally had everything. They even let us check in early and check out later due to my son baseball tournament. Everything is super close in the area. Overall, it was amazing and would definitely return.

We had the best stay in Corpus! The house was perfect—clean, cozy, and peaceful. It had everything we needed and more, and they even left snacks for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything was nearby, which made it super convenient for our friend’s wedding weekend. We brought our toddler, and the hosts had everything ready, even a travel crib and baby dishes. It made traveling with a little one so easy. The vibe was calm and zen, the hosts were so kind, and check-in and check-out were effortless. Highly recommend if you’re visiting CC!

The house was very clean, comfortable and the hosts Brandon and Erika are super accommodating. We had a bad start to our vacation, but Brandon and Erika were able to assist in many ways above and beyond. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with plenty of restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. We didn’t travel with our pets, but we noticed the pet amenities and treats, perhaps next time. Above all, Brandon and Erika are superb hosts, and I highly recommend them.

The place was great for our purposes. We were out and about most of the time, but also cooked and used the grill outdoors once during our 4 day stay. Definitely dog friendly, they even had treats, wipes, bags, and bowls ready for our puppy. The house seemed to be a bit older but must’ve been redone on the inside not too long ago. The yard could maybe use some TLC. Overall, if you’re looking for a good place to stay in CC with everything close including the beaches (Mustang beach was about 20 min away), we’d definitely recommend them! Very nice and fast communication as well.

Weekend Getaway

Beautiful home! Exactly what we needed while transferring from the Corpus area to Florida. Ended up grilling out one night and the grill was great and had all the utensils necessary. Host was super responsive and even allowed us to check in early which was nice as we were looking like we needed to kill a couple hours. Check-in and Check-out was super simple.

Short Vacation

My daughter had a conference in Corpus, so we decided to take a short family vacation. Brandon was great with communication regarding any questions we had. He had a high chair available which was great for our 22 month old. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and we ordered curbside to spend quiet time at the rental and in the big backyard. Cole Park and Pier were within 10 minutes and the Texas Aquarium was only about 15 minutes away. We took a couple of day trips to Port Aransas and Rockport. The property was clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this rental.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. Property owner was very responsive. We werent ready for the amount of mosquitoes in the area but other than that we had a wonderful time.

Wonderful!

This property was exceptionally clean and had everything you need. I cooked full meals for my family and was pleasantly surprised by how stocked the kitchen was. Communication with Brandon was easy and prompt. The neighborhood itself is conveniently located. It is on the older side but the neighbors were friendly and quiet. I was also very happy with the bedding. I generally dislike most bedding and am hesistant to sleep on bedding in a rental property. Again the sheets and even the spare bedding was clean, soft and cozy. I would recommend this property and could definitely see myself staying there in my future visits. Thank you Brandon and Erica!!

Great place for remote work

We spent three weeks working remotely to escape the cold weather in MN. Wi-Fi worked great and area was nice and quiet. Everything with the house was as advertised and reviewed. Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had.

Quick weekend trip

We had a business trip to Orlando for the week and decided to stay the weekend in Cocoa Beach. The property was perfect and cozy, close to the beach and anything we else we needed. We would recommend this condo and hope to return soon!

Basketball tournament

House is located in a central location. Restaurants and stores located nearby. Beds are good, house very clean and ac worked great. Neighborhood is quiet. Owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and would book again.

WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK - IF JUST TO SLEEP!

Loved this place! We were a group of four adults on motorcycles, in Corpus Christi for 3 days. The initial impression was the comfortableness and hominess of this house, never felt like I was at someone else's house. Here are our compiled comments: -We found this property to be just what was advertised. The pictures were exact, no embellishments. -The house was very clean and orderly, which was appreciated since most of us are somewhat OCD. :-) -The renovations were so modern but really homey. We were comfortable immediately. -The size of the house was perfect, not so big that we couldn't visit, and not so small that we were on top of each other. -The location is great too! It's on a quiet street but very close you have the restaurants and shops. -And the back deck!! So awesome!! Very comfortable! Lots of birds hang out back there too, it's so nice. LOL Didn't use the fire pit but I would imagine it's very cozy on cool nights out there. -And the nicest thing was the great sleep we ALL had each night! The beds and the pillows were perfect! And we had four people with different ailments but we were all so comfortable. I even asked for the brands of the mattresses and pillows. Gotta get me some! So again, the overall theme for this property is COMFORTABLE! You will not regret staying here!
