- Enjoy relaxing time at a newly and quiet house near beautiful beach. A house is a part of Baan Klang Aow Beach Resort. You can rent our house and enjoy hotel facility (e.g. Cafe and restaurant, 4 swimming pools). We offer brandnew and luxury home decoration and furnitures for your stay. We also provide our house amenities with well - known brands and resort standards.
- Provide professional services from the resort personnel to take care of landscaping and cleaning the terrace very often, as well as deep cleaning the house before guests check in.
- Short and long term stay guests are welcomed. For long term guests, we can offer the special rate as negotiated.

Our home is highly recommended to guests who love the nature, peace, and safety with the services from professional resort personnels. Our guests will be treated with professional resort services.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
130 Sq.m single floor vacation house. The house has a living room, kitchen, dinning area, as well as two bedrooms with air conditioners and two full bathrooms. The front of the house has garden view, the back deck has canal view.
Quiet, peaceful and safe with the services from professional resort personnels to take care of landscaping and cleaning the terrace very often, as well as deep cleaning the house before guests check in. Any short coming that we missed can be resolved quickly after request.
All house amenities are well recognized brands with resort standard level. The electric stove/burner, the oven, microwave, and laundry machine are provided for our guests.
Additional house cleaning services from resort personnels are available upon request with extra charge. Recommend to guests who cook to sweep floor after meal will prevent ants from coming inside the house.
About one poor review, the guest misunderstood that there would be an air conditioning in the living room. But we never advertised or described it that way. The house has fans in living room, while the air conditionings are in both bedrooms only. This is common on all Thai vacation homes. One upset customer is sure to provide negative criticism.
