Comes with its own mini kitchen, Stove and Small fridge. The cabin is located close too Wilton and Historic Peterborough. Monadnock mountain trails and other all-season activities close by. Plenty of restaurants in town and within easy driving distance. Come experience the New England charm.

These are our additional rules that shall be followed by all guests who stay at our property. After each rule, there is an associated fine listed after that will be charged if rule in question is violated. By booking our cabin, you are agreeing that you will follow our property rules to the fullest extent and will pay such fines if rules are violated.

*No pets allowed on the property under any circumstance unless discussed with host and paid for when booked. FINE: $150.00.

*No smoking or vaping inside the premises.
FINE: $150.00.

*Any and all trash MUST be put inside of a trash bag. Any trash that is not within a trash bag and thrown into the garbage can results in a fine. FINE: $50.00.

*No house parties or extra unlisted guests - unless discussed with host. FINE: $100.00 PER person.

*No driving or operating any vehicle of any kind on the grass, lawn, or landscaping on the property. FINE: $150.00.

*No burning candles inside the unit. FINE: $50.00.

*No illegal substances or activities on the premises. FINE $150.00.

*Every 30 minutes after check out time (10am) will result in an added fee of $50.

*No food or drink in the bed. FINE: Cost of replacement if stained.

*Do not touch or tamper with the cameras on the property. FINE: $150.00 + NO REFUND.
