Relaxing quiet 1.5 acre home with private pool.

Our Orange City home sits on 1.5 acres. Quiet neighborhood comfortable for a family, couples, or single traveler.

Open concept living kitchen and dining. 3 bedrooms, master has a king bed and private master bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a king bed with full size dresser and closet, 3rd bedroom has a queen bed dresser and closet. Guest wifi available.

Screened in pool, pool is not heated, dining table and couch. BBQ and fire pit outside screen.

Our home is minutes to Blue Springs state park. Minutes to the freeway for easy excess to head up to Daytona or down to Orlando to play at Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Orlando, and many more attractions.

Guests are limited to those specified on the reservation. Additional guests need to be approved by owners. If more than specified (6) there will be a fine of $50 per person per day.

Early check in or late check out can be arranged upon arrival and approved. A fee of $20 per hour.

The house has security cameras to monitor access to the premises. Please know tampering with devises or any connections will result in your reservation cancelled.

There is no smoking in house or any part of the screened in porch. Please keep garbage locked at all times. We have wild animals that may come on the property.

We will be asking for photo ID that will match payment.
