MAXSIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 8

*** Two lever condo is in center of Mammoth Lakes with several great restaurants and near shopping center within walking distance. All 3 bedrooms on the Ground Floor. Stairs lead to a Living Room, Dining and Kitchen and 1/2 Bath on the Second Floor.

All Bathrooms have towels, shampoo, lotion soap and a hair dryer.

There is a washer/dryer in the unit available for our guests with detergent provided. Plenty of furniture for storing clothes while visiting. Every room is heated by electric wall heaters.

Sierra Manors is our home away from home. We have lovingly remodeled this townhome so that when we use it ourselves it’s as if we never left home. We are constantly improving the unit - just installed new, double pane windows!!!

The spacious upstairs kitchen/living room/dining room area is light and sunny with cathedral ceiling and windows on both sides. The picture window looks out across the balcony and on to Lincoln Mountain.

There is a Eco- friendly pellet stove with pellets provided for you that gives out warmth, heat and ambiance and it turns on simply though a thermostats!

The kitchen has been set up with all of the new amenities including a toaster, blender, coffee maker, crock pot and microwave.
We have cable TV, a Free High Speed Internet connection and a full entertainment center all available for guests, now with flat-screen TV.

The Sierra Manor Complex has a New Pool, 3 Jacuzzi/Sauna/Baths and Common Area Lounge you can setup for parties at special request.

*Free Parking - parking spaces available right in the front of the unit and more parking space for boats and oversize vehicles in the back of the unit. We provide parking permits for up to 3 cars.

The location of Sierra Manors is excellent, right in the center of Mammoth Lakes. Literally across the street is the popular restaurant/night spot Rafters. and several other restaurants are within a block. Free shuttle bus running all year long will take you to the Village in 5 minutes, to the slopes and all around Mammoth Lakes. The shuttle stop is directly opposite our town-home coming down from the slopes.

***This is truly an incredible, magical place to stay for all seasons of the year!

Great trip in a perfect location!

The cabin was adorable, all of the rooms being on the first floor and the living space upstairs was great for our friend group! Perfect location to everywhere we explored. Would definitely come back!

Centrally Located & Comfortable

This place had everything we needed. Plenty of room for us (3) adults, and would be perfect for a larger family with children. I liked that the front door faced Old Mammoth Road which made it easy to come and go. Would definitely consider it for a future visit.

Lovely family condo in the heart of Mammoth Lakes

We loved being downtown, close to lots of activities. Because of the closures due to snow, we weren’t able to do what we planned, but the local people directed us to a hike around Convict Lake, which was stunning! The house has wonderful accommodations, lots for kids to do, well stocked kitchen. We loved our visit!

Comfortable Condo, Great Location

We stayed three nights in this three bedroom condo in Mammoth while skiing. The condo is conveniently located next to the shuttle stops for easy access to the mountain. Plenty of space for a seven adults and a fully appointed kitchen for cooking in. Easy check in and check out, responsive management - I would stay again.

Excellent stay

The condo had everything we needed. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and the Mammoth Brewery. We had a great time, and enjoyed our stay at the condo. My son, and grandson enjoyed the hot tub, and sauna very much. Thank you very much.

Overall the condo was very nice and a definitely a "home" away from home.

We stayed 3 nights in Mammoth (8/13 - 16, 2016) and enjoyed fishing and scenery of Mammoth Lakes. The unit was located on the Old Mammoth Rd and conveniently walking distance to the stores and restaurants such as the Vons, RiteAid, Rafters and Roberto's. Thank you Kasia for allowing us to stayed in your unit. Our family had a great time.

Well furnished apartment for large group or family

We find this apartment very homy, very well furnished with kitchen and various household appliances. It is excellently located off a main-street and is a few minutes from grocery store, gas station, and restaurants. It makes an idea location for your visit to the area or anywhere along Hwy 395. Parking space is right outside the unit. will definitely stay at this place the next time we visit this area again.

Family Vacation in Mammoth

Our family of 7 with kids ages 5 to 13 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here on our trip to Mammoth! The house is a fantastic location from all the beautiful things to see and do in the area. The house is furnished and includes so many thoughtful details that make your stay here enjoyable! As a larger family, having a furnished useae kitchen was important to us, and this place had everything we needed to cook at home. Laundry with not just detergent but drier sheets too! Board games, card games and activities for the kids to do as well as a great tv selection for when you were tired after a long day hiking. We would stay here again!

Very well stocked condo in the heart of Mammoth

Condo matches the description very well. it is very well stocked and can handle a large group. There wasn't enough stress on the fact that neighbors can hear everything and we got a noise complaint because my jet lagged 4 and 5 year old kids were up and going crazy at 5 am, my 5 year old has some hearing issues and is a little loud I don't think a noise complaint was necessary.

Very clean. Middle of town, shops, and so much more!!

We loved the fact you are able to park in front of property. The kitchen and living area is located upstairs. The bottom level is where you will find bedrooms. Very very clean. Its has plenty of pot, pans, and plenty of silverware. Our kids enjoyed the games and movies we were able to watch. We also enjoyed the pool that directly below us. It was our first time to Mammoth. June lake is like a beach area to go for a swim and rented a paddle board for our kids. We went hiking ro horseshoe Lake and lunch afterMy husband left us all asleep to go enjoy some fishing all by himself. We have been too so many other lakes. Mammoth is gorgeous!! There is so much to do here that we defintely need to come back and explore more of what Mammoth has to offer. We would definitely rent this property again.

Family friendly

The whole family enjoyed our stay at this mammoth lakes condo. The kids especially loved all the board games and movies, and I loved how clean everything was. The location was also really good. We could walk to lots of restaurants and stores. I was initially worried about being located right on the main road, but it made it super easy to get to everything. Perfect for a family on a budget.

Great place for the price!

Plenty of space and walking distance to restaurants, Grocery Outlet, and Starbucks. Home is retro 1970s but very well maintained. There was more than enough space for the four of us and we hope to come back with the kids next time. Parking was right in front of the unit. Access was easy (keypad door lock).

Fantastic and Fun!

The condo was large, comfortable and outfitted with everything anyone could want. Full kitchen, big upstairs open plan with a nice entertainment center and a homey pellet stove. Will definitely stay there again.

Great property with plenty of space

This property was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the TV’s in each room and the beds were very comfy. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms and an abundance of towels to shower with. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was great. Will definitely look up this property again when returning to Mammoth.

Place was in a nice location

The renting was very easy. The unit we rented was nice except that the furniture is so outdated, old and dirty. we didn’t want to sit on the couch. the one bed where the bunks were was very uncomfortable. you can feel the bed springs. The place was well equipped w dishes, pots n pans, etc.

Perfect location!

Great location

We enjoyed the apartment very much. The only complaint I have is that the living room furniture is pretty worn, and the furniture and the rug didn't seem very clean.

Great location and cozy stay

We enjoyed our recent stay, especially the large windows and easy to use pellet fireplace. Shopping and theatre are only a few blocks away. Are host was responsive to my questions.

I was born in Poland and lived in Europe until moving to the US with my husband and children over 20 years ago. We have been coming to Mammoth for years and finally have a place of our own. I have made this townhouse very much my home and hope that you will enjoy it as much as I do!

We chose to buy this unit because of the size and location in the heart of Mammoth Lakes. This unit provides us with enough room to stay together with another family so that we can all enjoy Mammoth all year round. Being in center of Mammoth Lakes, we have access to the conveniences of the town, we are very close to the ski hill and access to the wonderland that is the Eastern Sierra! The complex has not one but three hot tubs/saunas and a BRAND NEW swimming pool and common room. It really feels like home!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We have enough space to feel very comfortable when having another family as guests. We can walk to restaurants, night spots, the supermarket and the movie theater from our unit. Having our own entrance provides us with privacy as well. The free shuttle bus stops right outside our door for easy access to town, Mammoth Mountain and the Village. Parking Lot in front provides room for up to 3 cars, and the back parking can be used for boats and trailers
Famous Devils Post Pile, is 20 minutes away, so is the Mono Lake with its amazing natural springs, formations called Tuffas. Ancient Bristle-cone forest with the oldest trees in the world are just North of Big Pine. 30 minutes South is the Tioga Pass, the Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park.
