*Pool heater is deactivated during the warmer months from April to September to conserve energy. However, it can be activated upon request. In the colder months from October to March, the pool heat is maintained above 80 degrees, and adjustments can be made upon request.

Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ NO FIREWORKS ★
For safety reasons and to prevent any damage to the property, fireworks are strictly prohibited.

★ NO PARKING OR DRIVING ON THE GRASS ★
Please refrain from parking or driving vehicles on the grass areas to preserve the landscaping and prevent any potential damage.

Please note that in order to confirm your booking, we require a signed rental agreement and fully refundable security deposit of $500. This deposit will be placed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to your booking, and will be released within 7 days of your check-out, provided there is no damage to the property and it's left in the same condition as when you arrived.
