About Our Cabin:

Our cabin sleeps 6, and by that I mean it will sleep 6 adults/or children. There are two pull down chair beds in bedroom if any adult wishes to sleep alone.

ONE PET DOG ONLY IS ALLOWED

We are the owners of this Cabin, and now refer to it as Cozy Lodge. We acquired the lodge on March 1, 2015 and have provided many accessories, amenities, and upgrades to the old amenities. Have replaced towels, dishes, mugs, bedding, and many many other accessories to make this Lodge more our own and comfortable as home to our guests. Have installed dual pane storm windows to keep you warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. New living room sofas. Large sofa is NOT a sleeper sofa. Newly installed living room laminate flooring. New Bosch top of the line dishwasher.

Pine walls adorn our newly remodeled cabin. Kitchen and baths feature new cabinets, granite counters and appliances, new floor coverings and paint. There are two spacious bedrooms upstairs with a shared full bath. One bedroom has a Cal King and spacious sitting area. The 2nd bedroom features a trundle bed that converts to 2 twin beds. 2 twin ottoman beds suitable for sleeping are also in the 2nd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom is on the main level with a queen bed. The room with a queen bed does not have a TV. A 2nd full bath is on the main level directly across from the bedroom that has a queen bed.

Things to Do in Lake Arrowhead:

Sky Park/Santa's Village is a short 2.7 mi away and a 7 minute drive

Walk to lake and village from our Lake Arrowhead lodge and close to Burnt Mill Beach Club. Beginning in April 2022 my guests will have the use of my Beach Club Membership Card during your stay. You may visit and use some beach areas and the trails with the Beach Club Membership Card. The trail around the lake is a highly sought after trail to walk. There are many access gates around the lake that you are welcomed to visit using your Beach Club Membership Card. You will need to visit the Short Term Rental Office at the Village to purchase a wristband to visit the trails and several different beach areas. You will absolutely need to show your Beach Club Membership Card with ID and wristband to any staff employee upon request. It will allow 6 people in the restricted areas and an infant/child counts as one person. If you should misplace/lose the Beach Club Card, there is a $100 fee that will be deducted from your Security Deposit.

Lake Arrowhead is a charming town in the San Bernardino Mountains, just 90 minutes (80 miles) from Los Angeles and South Orange County and a little over 2 hours from San Diego. Enjoy the private lake with water skiing, private beaches, shops, restaurants, summer concerts, art and wine festivals, antiquing and close to winter skiing at Snow Valley in Running Springs.

Tavern Bay Beach Club. Distance is approximately 3 mi from the Cozy Lodge. A 10 min drive. Burnt Mill Beach Club is less than 1/2 mi from you. To enter the Beach Clubs, you must have the host accompany you through entrance. To enter other areas of the beaches, or trails, you as a guest will be able to enter without host using your Beach Club Membership card I provided for you. You must visit the STR Client Services office before attempting to use card for entering beach and trail areas. ALL INFORMATION for use of Beach Membership Card is printed and placed on coffee table in living room. Please read rules and regulations before attempting to enter beach areas. I have also left a map for you to see which areas you may enter.

We provide all of our guests with an accommodation that is aesthetically pleasing, clean and comfortable. Our kitchen is well appointed, making meal preparation both fun and easy during your stay. Whether you are on a romantic get away or bring the family, we want your vacation to be enjoyable and memorable. Our vacation home is a place to relax after a day of entertaining activities. All our guests call it a Home Away From Home! It's very comfortable and cozy.

If you plan to bring a pet dog, only ONE PET DOG allowed per stay. This site does not have a space for me to include that, so I have to write it in my description. There is a pet fee of $50 for the ONE PET DOG per stay.

Cozy cottage weekend get away

The property was as advertised and we really enjoyed getting away to the mountains for a change of quarantine scenery. The hot tub was enjoyable and all the little extra lights and things are a nice treat.

The cozy lodge

Great location, about one mile to the village. Great for hiking and walk down the hill. Owner Marry Ann was very sweet and friendly. The place was well equipped. All you need is get your groceries.

Family weekend

The house was clean and fairly well stocked. It was a fabulous time spent with family. There were a few drawbacks which include steep stairs Up to the house, the driveway was hard to navigate and The homes are very close together in this neighborhood. The beach passes can’t be used for visitors at this time due to the virus. Overall we enjoyed the visit with our family very much.

Well appointed house

We rented this house for 4 adults and 2 kids. When we first checked in we teased each other about how everything is labeled. After a day in the house we started liking all the labels. It allowed us to know what was there and it made it easy to pack up. And the house had everything you could possibly need including a pack and play for the baby and a high chair. It also had sand chairs and boogie boards to use at the lake. But more important the house was clean. Even the windowsills and blinds, which are often overlooked, were clean. Also the appliances were great. Dishwasher was new and quiet and the gas barbecue was ready to use. We asked to rent the kayaks with the house and the instructions, paddles, and lifevests were provided. However, users should know that the kayaks are heavy and if you use them they take a little time putting away. Also, the mornings were best for kayaks since the afternoon winds made the water a little choppy. My husband and I both agree we would definitely rent this place again if returning to Lake Arrowhead.

Cozy Cabin

Cozy and comfortable cabin. The location is great! Close to the village and lake. The inclined driveway was a bit challenging and the stairs to the front door made it difficult to transport groceries and luggage to and from. Other than that, the owner had all the necessities available for us. Cute little cabin - would definitely stay there again!

It really IS a Cozy Lodge!

The Cozy Lodge is a very comfortable place to stay, just like a family home. Hot water, comfy beds, nice fireplace, full kitchen, nice washer and dryer... AND THE LAKE PASS! Also, the photos do not do the place justice! The driveway is a challenge as described - I had better luck backing in. Quick story - on my first morning, I took my dog out to do her business. I didn't take my phone or keys - nothing. The handle of the back door was locked and I unintentionally locked myself out. I walked down the street and knocked on a neighbor's door. They welcomed me in, and helped me figure out how to call and get help from Mary Ann to get back in. Pretty challenging because it's tough to log into gmail on a new system without being able to confirm on your cell phone! And although Mary Ann was away for the weekend, thank goodness she answered her cell! WHEW!

Clean and cozy

Cozy cabin in the pines. Some older cabins like this one can be dusty and musty NOT this place. It was immaculate. Beds were very comfy. Owner was fast to respond to questions. Good value. We enjoyed it.

Thanksgiving

We had a very relaxing Thanksgiving weekend here at this cozy lodge. The kitchen was stocked extremely well. Best we have ever stayed at. The whole house was actually. We didn't need to run to the store for anything besides food. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked the Lodge for 4 nights, Mrs. Mary Ann was amazing, allowed early check in and late check out. Everything how she described in her emails with all the details, lodge very clean, clean towels, clean bathrooms, clean linnes. In addition they have everything you need to cook or manage your stay, from kitchen stuff, to BBQ, to internet. The Lodge is very organized, everything is labeled and easy to find. We loved it, we had an excellent family experience and we are deffinetly coming back. Elias

Great weekend!

Took my mother in law fishing at lake Gregory for her Birthday! Kids were comfy in the kids room! Our daughter who is 1 was comfortable in the pack and play, and loved the wooden high chair that was available! Very cozy! And felt like home away from home!

Homey place

Short weekend stay. Cozy lodge has everything you’d need for a nice getaway weekend. The place is clean and has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Close to the village. Fireplace and outside fire pit for the cold evenings. Hot water, warm blankets. Kitchen and bbq essentials. Best of, is so easy to communicate with the owner. What a delight to visit the cabin for three nights. The owner was incredibly gracious - extending our check in/out times, clearly communicating all the cabin has to offer; sending back items accidentally left in the cabin. Everything was very clean and cozy. The kitchen exceptionally well stocked. Appreciated the high end bedding in the master bedroom, the natural gas fireplace, and upgrades throughout.

Perfect Stay!

Mary Ann was so detailed with check in details and instructions, as well as flexible about check in/out timing. Her attention to detail was impressive. The rental had everything we needed; the kitchen was so well stocked and the house was comfy and welcoming. We walked to the lake and village two mornings, which was lovely, and the WiFi was strong enough for our online learners... it was a well needed break from our current reality. Thank you!

Wonderful Weekend at Lake Arrowhead

Unfortunately, the oven in the unit was not working, which prevented us from preparing meals we had planned. When I mentioned it to the owner, her response was that she had brought over a toaster oven in place of the regular oven. Other than that, the property was very comfortable and well stocked.
