The listing clearly states that pool is not heated (her statement is untrue) and that pets are allowed, not that it is pet friendly. However, dogs that run away should not be left unattended and maximum dog size is 50lbs , this guest had a large athletic dog which apparently enjoyed jumping off the 5ft high retaining wall and running into the desert. There are dog walkers in the street and critters in the desert. The dogs can see everything from up there and some dogs like to take chase. Small dogs can pass under the fence and athletic dogs may go over or under walls and fences. Small dogs are not safe in the desert. Welcome package warns not to activate tub jets before filling the tub as water will jet out of the jets. Driveway description and pictures are provided in the listing with a statement that drivers with low confidence should park in the street. Garage parking makes turning the cars around easy but some people may be uncomfortable maneuvering cars in limited spaces. The hill is what makes the view so wonderful.

I'm sorry you had a tough stay. There is a new BBQ at the property now, if they get too hot for too long it can damage the valves, I guess that's what happened. There is Amdro Ant bait under the laundry room sink, I wish you had told me so I could take care of the ants. Being in the desert we have to manage all of the critters and after a full month the ants have time to find any food available.
