Pelican Walk 804 - Beach Front 1 Bed - 2 Bath Condo with awesome views of the beach and blue green water of the Gulf of Mexico! This coastal condo is a perfect retreat for couples getaway or a small family looking to unwind and create unforgettable memories at the beach! And, you can even bring your little dog! The condo is PET FRIENDLY!

Pelican Walk Pet Policy:
- Weight restriction is 20lbs or under per dog
- Pet fee $150/per dog
- 2 dog maximum per condo

Pelican Walk 804 is a spacious 835 square foot condo that features a NEW Queen sleeper sofa and NEW living area furniture & decor, added in late Spring 2024! The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped and opens to a combination dining & living area that walks out to the Gulf front balcony. The view is beautiful! The dining area seats 4 at the dining table, along with stools for breakfast bar. This vacation rental has a Queen bed in the bedroom with an adjoining private bath that has a tub & shower combo. There is also a second full bathroom in the hall with a shower and there is a stackable washer & dryer in the condo.

Pelican Walk is a family friendly condominium complex with tropical grounds, TWO Gulf front pools, and plenty of beach area that is not crowded! Guests have access to the clubhouse and other resort amenities: hot tub, dry sauna, club room with pool table, and courts for pickle ball, and tennis, racquetball, and shuffleboard (equipment, racquets and balls provided). When you want to get out and about, it’s just a short stroll to shopping, dining, and entertainment in Panama City Beach. Pelican Walk is with in walking distance to a number of restaurants: Waffle House, Gypsea Crepes, Finn's, Outlaw's BBQ, & Teddy's Spaghetti. Just a short drive of 1-2 miles is St. Andrew's State Park, Adventures at Sea Pontoon rentals, Schooners, Captain Anderson's, mini golf, go-carts, and Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop is a MUST for dessert!

Unique to Pelican Walk is the dedicated staff located on-site that are more than happy to assist you and your family in having a fun, relaxing, memorable beach vacation!

Clean, great price, great outdoor chairs!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the great price, condo was adequate for our needs. Loved the outdoor plywood furniture and comfortable for viewing the beautiful gulf. Great water pressure in the master shower! WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN IN THIS CONDO but here r Suggestions for improvement: Sharper knives, kitchen scissors, & small pod coffee maker (we were warned & brought our own). Would have been nice to have a King size bed & better mattress. (Definitely mattress was problem for us, sinking towards middle) And lastly- a list of channels, what remotes to use, & get the FOX STATION (only Fox Live was available along with the other major stations except not FOX .

We love it here. The only negative is the queen size bed, a king size bed would make our stay perfect.

Reviewer Comments: We fell in love with Pelican walk, the only thing was the dishwasher would not wash anything, dishes came out dirty and had to end up hand washing all of the dishes in the apartment because none of them were clean. Other than that our experience was great. Was so excited that I could bring my two dogs.

Great condo complex

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome beach view, great pools, hot hub all very well maintained. The apartment was clean. Pull out couch had a plastic as a mattress protector, yes a plastic that was horrendous to sleep at. The bed in bedroom is not even a queen, I think it’s s full bed, super small for a couple. Very poor in utensils in the kitchen, they have like 4 spoons, 4 cups, so you have to wash dishes all the time. No pasta strainer, so it was frustrating (kitchen utensils, pans etc are so cheap, come on!!). Other than that we had a good stay!We took our little dog :)

This unit in not quite an updated as some of the units, over all was still comfortable. The staff are friendly, the residents & visitors are also. Unfortunately no one can control the weather or rip tide, but thankfully your staff let us know how to check on it daily.

Weather was crappy for a few days

Wish the place had a bigger bed, didn’t realize it only had a double size, but that is my fault I didn’t read about the bed size. The weather was crappy for a couple of days and my dog got sick. Other then that it was a nice time, lots of walks on the beach.
