This open concept executive studio is located on the lower level of a west coast contemporary home in a desired neighbourhood. Enjoy endless ocean views from the floor to ceiling windows. The studio is professionally styled with high end modern furniture & decor; the bed is dressed in lux hotel inspired linens. Shopping & all major amenities are 5 minutes away. The deck features modern outdoor furniture & a fire bowl.

The space

Experience west coast living at its best with a stay at the Arbutus Ridge Studio. The 575 square foot layout resembles a high-end, executive style condo. The studio has vaulted ceilings, an open concept layout and floor to ceiling windows that fill the space with warm natural light. Enjoy magnificent panoramic ocean and mountain views.

Every detail in the studio has been considered to create a warm and welcoming stay where you can relax and feel at home. The studio is styled with modern furniture and decor inspired by the west coast.

The queen bed features a high end luxurious mattress and hotel inspired pillows and linens for your best nights sleep.

The sitting area features a white contemporary leather couch dressed with fluffy throw pillows and blankets. Relax and enjoy the ambience and warmth from the glowing fireplace.

The Smart TV is mounted above the fire place and offers basic cable. Guests are welcome to stream their favourite apps; Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Channel.

The bathroom has heated floor, marbled style tile, hotel inspired towels, and spa like shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware to prepare meals for dining in. Meals can be prepared using the induction burner, Ninja Air Fryer, Insta Pot, or BBQ. There is a Keurig coffee machine and complimentary coffee pods.

The dining table can double as a work space for those guests working mobile; WIFI is included in your stay.

Relax on the sunny deck, complete with high end outdoor furniture and a fire bowl. Enjoy endless ocean and mountain views and breathtaking sunsets in the evening. The view is absolutely stunning and will take you breath away!

Guests are welcome to use the washer/dyer and the complimentary laundry detergent.

Guest access
The studio has a private entrance.

Guests will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out.

On the day of arrival, guests will receive a custom door code.

Designated guest parking for 1 vehicle.

Other things to note
There is no bedroom, the queen bed is located in the studio space.

The studio is suitable for up to 2 guest only.

Not suitable for children.

There is a flight of stairs on the side of the house that lead to the studio, there are no stairs inside the studio.

No A/C. There is a tower fan.

There are 2 security cameras on the property. There are no cameras inside the studio or outside the entrance door to the studio.

2. This camera is located at the back of the house, this camera covers our family room door. This camera is actively recording. The guests do not have access to this part of the house & they will not be captured on the camera.

Access to the mail box is not available to guests
- Please do not wear your shoes inside the home.
- No shellfish permitted on the property. The homeowner has a shellfish allergy.
-No smoking, vaping, or cannabis use on the property or inside the studio.
- No parties, events, or loud music on the deck or on the property.
- Noise bylaws are in effect between 11pm to 7am, please respect the neighbours
- No pets


When checking-out, please remember to,

-Tidy studio; load and run the dishwasher, start a load of towels.
-Leave trash, recycling, and refundables in the suite.
-Upon departure, turn off all the lights inside the studio, close and lock windows and the door, and turn off the fireplace and turn down the baseboard heat.
-Sign out of your Apps and streaming accounts, such as Netflix, Disney+, etc.
Please take all left-over food with you.

Surveillance or Recording Devices in the listing`s public areas:

There are 3 cameras on the property as described below. There are no cameras recording inside the studio or outside the entrance door to the studio.

1. This camera is located at the front of the house and covers the front door & driveway. This camera is actively recording

2. This camera is located at the back of the house, this camera covers our family room door. This camera is actively recording. The guests do not have access to this part of the house & they will not be captured on the camera.

3. There is a security alarm control panel located in the suite that is not in use when guests are staying. This panel has a camera on it to capture a photo if the alarm has been set off. The camera does not record live footage and the only time it activates is when the alarm is tripped and it takes a snapshot picture. It does not have the capability to record video at all and will only ever activate for a photo when the alarm system is set off.
