A stay here provides a unique glimpse into community where everyone knows everybody. Feel free to wave hello to our dear G-Ma next door, who you may see sitting on her porch. You may even catch some cowboys riding their horses, Mike doing his daily walk to the corner store and hear music on Friday/Saturday nights if you drive by the next block up.
The space
This studio offers more than just comfort. Fans of micro living will find the answer here when it comes to getting a little R & R. Relax, in this studio, 1 bath, only 12 minutes away from Downtown and 15 minutes from IAH airport. This stylish home sleeps up to 2! It's interior is new and exceptionally clean! There is another new home on the property that sleeps up to 3 that is listed on Airbnb too. If you would like to reserve the properties together, please message me for availability.
Guest access
Self check in upon arrival with gate lock combo code and door key pad. Fully access the house, except the blue cabinet under the TV, as we keep supplies for our cleaners. We are a phone call away should you need anything at all! Our check in time is anytime after 3pm and our check out time is 11 am. Our cleaners will be there shortly after 11 am and have tight schedules and need to have access to the property to clean and sanitize for our next guests. Please be mindful and considerate of the guests checking in after you. Any delays caused to our cleaning schedule due to late check out will automatically result in forfeiting of the guest deposit. 
Other things to note
Please park in between the homes, so the guests in the second home may come and go as please.

To avoid additional fees, no smoking or vaping allowed of any kind in the house and on premises. No Pets allowed. If detected, there will be an an extra charge of $300.

***ONLY THE NUMBER OF GUESTS INDICATED IN YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE HOME. EACH EXTRA GUEST WILL BE CHARGED $50 PER NIGHT.
