Happy Trails Cowboy Cabin HOT TUB POOL on 12 ac

4 miles from downtown Bandera, on 12 acres is perfect for gatherings, this guest home has everything you might need: a master spa magnetic therapy hot tub, a saltwater pool with lighted covered patio with living and dining area, 56' television, outdoor kitchen complete with gas grill, griddle, frozen drink machines, ice cream machines, lighted Sport Court for basketball and shuffleboard, disc golf, Cornhole game, darts, ping pong and a TREE FORT. The home has a family suite with king bed and bathroom with shower that also opens to the 2nd bedroom of the family suite with King bed and two twin beds. A third bedroom with king bed and a bathroom with stand up shower. A completely enclosed porch with a wood burning fireplace, sofa seating area and TV, three twin beds and a queen bed is just off the pool deck. All rooms have TV as does the pool patio and has HULU live streaming. High Speed Internet and printer scanner for keeping up with work. There is another home on the property as well as a chicken coop with chickens, and a lower garden where our three little Pot Bellied Pigs, Blitzen, Cupid, and Vixen spend their days before they comes in for bed at night. Note: A property caretaker will be on the estate but you won't know they are there unless you would like to interact with the animals. We are very pet friendly and dogs are on the property but kept away from guests unless you need some puppy love. We are a wildlife preserve and feed and water wildlife so it is abundant here. If you are coming for the parties in Bandera, we will drive you and pick you up. We will also be happy to take our guests on the local wine tours! Let us know what we can do to make your memories legendary!

Perfect Family Getaway!We had such a wonderful stay at this property! The home was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing and fun family trip. The pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding, and there were tons of family games that kept everyone entertained.The owner was friendly and responded quickly to any questions, making the entire experience easy and stress-free from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

Family- Birthday trip

We all had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful with everything you need for an amazing vacation. The pool, plus the basketball court kept the kids entertained and very happy. The kids loved meeting Blitzen and we all can’t wait to go back!

This property is a must for an active family fun vacation. There was so much to do with a lighted basketball court and a shed full of athletic equipment. Add to this a walk up tree house, pool, hot tub, and pot belly pigs to feed. The house accommodated our group of 9 guests (5 adults & 4 kids) with room for more. Open concept kitchen was fully stocked along with a huge butler’s pantry, large living/dining area. The beds and linens were comfortable. We enjoyed the backyard covered patio with the fire pit. Our host, KK, was easy to contact and accommodating. Alvinet met us and gave a tour of the house and grounds, showing us how everything worked. She was very helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better placed to spend 3 nights on Spring Break.

Beautiful place!

We loved this property so much! The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The grounds ate spacious and surrounded by amazing views of the hill country. Our favorite was the pool area. It was perfect for relaxing and enjoying everyone's company. The property and grounds managers know the true meaning of Texas hospitality.

Great location to enjoy Texas Hill Country!

Property is excellent, spacious, clean and convenient! Great spot close to go out and explore so many attractions and a great oasis to return to at the end of the day, go in the pool and relax out in the patio! Kerri, our host, was just amazing! She rounded up everything to make our stay 5 stars plus! Would recommend this place to everyone wanting a Texas Hill Country experience! Thank you!

We had the most amazing time. This place had it all. We all had fun in the pool and plenty of room in the whole house. Can’t say I would change a thing. We had plans in town and ended up staying on the residences and having more fun. Thank you for this. Best vacation and birthday ever.

Family fun

To be honest it looks way better in person than the fotos of the place. We had a blast in the pool with the music loud! With no one to complain about noise, it made this place perfect for having fun! The basketball court was awesome. Plenty of space for our group of 14 and the full outside kitchen was perfect for us. The outside space was great, we watched our Astros while cooking burgers! Thanks again for sharing this home with us.

Hill country long weekend

The property was very accommodating for my family. The kids enjoyed the pool and sports court. Very clean and the house provided everything we needed for our long weekend. The manger was on site and was available if we needed anything. Would definitely rent again. The only problem was the vacation insurance offered by VRBO. Check the fine print. Does not cover pregnancy, even if it is high risk, resulting in infants death.
