Welcome to SOMA - Seabrook's South of Market neighborhood. There is plenty to do, or you can just relax! Mainestay is just a five minute walk from downtown shops and the beach. Sip coffee from the primary suite balcony with an ocean view or bask in the sun on the wraparound front porch. Mainestay completed construction in November 2018-bright and clean!

Just a short walk down to the beachfront, pickle ball courts and large firepits. Stroll or bike around Seabrook, explore Elk Creek, forest trails, the beach; discover beach treasures, build sandcastles, play bocce, croquet, or horseshoes in Seabrook parks, bird watch, play and laugh, lounge and read, or just be still. The primary queen suite on the 2nd floor with private bath offers partial ocean views and view of town from the cozy balcony. Downstairs has a queen bedroom and twin bunk room, with four built in bunks. Downstairs also has one full bath, and a media room with full hide-a-bed, 50” TV, and puffy bean bags. Laundry is located in the lower full bath with washer and dryer. The main floor is bright and cozy, offering a comfortable sofa, TV, DVD player, XBOX, dining table that seats six and powder bath. The gourmet kitchen with beautiful granite counters and white cottage cabinets are fully equipped with everything needed from a light meal to a gourmet feast.
