Views! Views! Views! Enjoy three levels of spectacular ocean views from this Luxury Oceanfront Retreat with your family and friends. Located in Elk Creek, Seabrook’s most sought after beachfront community, you are literally steps to the beach along Seabrook’s easiest beach access trail (no stairs). This beautifully designed and decorated home has something for everyone, including our four legged friends. Fabulous designer shabby coastal décor throughout creates an atmosphere of beach fun and relaxation with little design surprises as you walk through the house.

On the main level, take in panoramic views of the beach, ocean and sunset as you have a delicious meal made in the wonderfully appointed kitchen on the large covered deck. By the time you are done with dinner on your first night your car will be charged using the home's electric car charging station.

The ocean views continue on the lower level in a large media and game room with a 70” TV for watching your favorite beach movie or playing games with the PlayStation 4. Adjacent to the media room is a bunk room with three sets of XL twin bunks, which is great for large families. There is also a covered porch outside the lower level for kicking back in a lounge chair or in the hot tub to watch the waves. You will not believe the views you have from the hot tub!

On the upper level, you guessed it, more views and three more bedrooms. All beds throughout the house (including the bunks on the lower level) feature pillow top mattresses for added comfort as you drift off to sleep to the sound of the waves. Each bedroom is decorated to have a distinctive character, including the primary suite. The primary suite features sweeping views of the creek, beach and ocean and has a large bathroom vanity and a soaking tub for relaxing. There is a large balcony off the primary suite with lounge chairs for taking in the summer sun, watching the ocean (you might even be lucky enough to see a whale migrating down the coast in the winter), spotting a bald eagle, marveling at a spectacular sunset or star gazing on a clear night.

Also, do not forget to enjoy all of Seabrook’s resort amenities and activities including swimming, tennis, fitness center, spa, fire pits, pickle ball, basketball, horse shoes, shuffleboard, forest hiking/walking and bike riding trails, horseback riding camps in summer and bocce ball, not to mention the fun you will have just strolling around the town and enjoying the shops, restaurants and candy shop with ice cream parlor.
