Welcome to your dual bungalows at Blackhaus! With a total of 8 bedrooms between them, each building at the Blackhaus C & D Buyout features a bright living and kitchen area, as well as tons of outdoor entertainment and lounge space. Stay cool near the central pool area, play a round of bocce ball, or gather around an outdoor fireplace. The terraces outside each living room are perfect for al fresco meals, while each bedroom features a stunning modern concrete floor design with an ensuite bathroom, flatscreen TV, and a small private patio. You'll be in the heart of Downtown Palm Springs, surrounded by all the excitement and entertainment this desert town offers. Space, style, modern amenities, and an unbeatable location are all yours at Blackhaus.
A 90-minute drive from LA, Palm Springs has earned its reputation as a long-time favorite desert destination. Attracting movie stars, such as Marilyn Monroe and Frank Sinatra, it boasts an old-Hollywood history dating back to the 20s. Mid-century modern architecture adds to a nostalgic feel while trendy shopping, hip restaurants, and lively bars keep things modern. Hop from one renowned golf course & spa to the next, or explore the Coachella Valley desert by way of hiking, ATVs, or horseback.

- The Blackhaus offers a wide variety of booking options, from 1-bedroom rooms to 2, 4, 8, or even a 16-bedroom buyout. The 1 bedroom option is the only listing that does not have a kitchen, laundry, Bocce Ball court, firepit/fireplace, or private bbq access. Please reach out if you have any questions or inquiries.
- Per the City of Palm Springs all reservations must complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgment form prior to arrival. AvantStay will reach out to coordinate these things after you've completed your booking.
- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.
- During the cooler months from December 1, 2025, through February 28, 2026, the pool heat will be turned off as part of our seasonal adjustment.
- Guests should keep pets away from the pool area to respect other occupants, maintain pool water health and safety, and prevent extra wear on the pool filters and pumps.
Parking Detail:
Parking is on a first come first serve basis. There are a total of 11 parking spaces onsite.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
