The bunk room has 2 bunk beds (Note-1 Queen bed starting 8/30/25 and no bunk beds) and access to the full size hall bathroom with tub and shower. The next bedroom is a king bedroom just off the living room. There is another bathroom in the hall with a full size shower. The main floor also has a washer and dryer. The last bedroom on the main floor of the house has a private entrance, sitting room with a futon, private bathroom with shower, queen bedroom and access to another screen porch out to the pool. This is a suite by itself!

The upstairs to the house features another kitchen, living room, bathroom laundry and 2 more bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has queen bed and the 2nd bedroom features a king bed. This is a great place for a whole family to relax.

The ground floor of the house has another room with a futon, fridge, washer and dryer and powder room. This room opens up to a fenced backyard, ideal for your dog to roam and play freely. A large patio with outdoor furniture and fire pit provides a great space for you to relax while keeping an eye on your pet.

All of this and you are only a very short walk to the beach, a short bike ride to Coligny Plaza or a short drive to all that Hilton Head has to offer.
