It has an open concept living and updated kitchen area, a loft for stretching out in, and a lower level game room. Summertime brings swims and paddles from our private dock, with a canoe and a kayak for your use. Greet the morning sunrise with coffee on the deck overlooking gorgeous Shadow Lake. Play a game of horseshoes on the expansive front yard, then sit under the stars with s'mores at the fire pit. Ride Kingdom Trails, visit the Bread and Puppet museum, and enjoy nearby hikes (including Perry Holbrook State Park just a few miles away) in both summer and fall with gorgeous foliage. Close to Willoughby Lake and Mt. Pisgah. In winter, snowshoe on a wooded trail right from the house or visit nearby groomed cross country ski trails at Craftsbury Outdoor Center or Highland Lodge. We are nestled between Jay Peak and Burke Mountain for alpine enthusiasts, and snowmobilers have nearby access to VAST trails. Relax with a good book and take in views of the mountains or gather in the game room for pool, foosball or a round of darts. The updated kitchen is ideal for cooking for the crew, or visit nearby Parker Pie for pizza and Hill Farmstead on tap.
