Both kitchens also offer counter seating for casual dining. After meals, settle into the living areas to stream your favorite channels, play a few of the provided board games, or head out to the yard and warm up around the fire bowl.

Our stay

The house was perfect, It had everything we needed. We went to the dunes so there was enough room for parking a truck and trailer In the drive way. The shops and little stores were close enough to walk to if needed. The property manager responded to to my questions fast.

Place is nice. Checkout time is way too early.

The place is nice and in a great spot. The only issue I have is the early check out time, 10am. Thatā€™s way too early of a checkout time for a vacation house, and itā€™s strictly enforced, the maid was waiting and watching us carry things out, she got there at about 9:50.

With a two changes this could be a 5 star review

While the house was exactly what we were looking for there were two very big negatives that factored into the score being lower than a 5. First is the bed in the small bedroom off of the kitchen was so uncomfortable causing major back pain and sleepless nights. The but is so broken down its like sleeping in a taco. For this reason alone we probably won't book the house again. The second issue is that the upper unit door lock doesn't unlock so you have to be very careful about taking the keys with you. Unfortunately, when we were loading up the car to leave the door closed behind us and we were lo ked out. It was over two hours before we could get back in to finish loading up the car. I was told this happens a lot and one customer even had left their phone behind and had to go to the neighbors to call Vacasa. Luckily we had ours. If these two issues were to be fixed I would give this house 5 stars. Lastly, not enough toilet paper was provided. While we didn't run out it was close.... too close for comfort.

There was no key in the lockbox. I sat on hold for 20 minutes, just to speak with someone who had a hard time understanding English. After finally getting them to understand what the problem was, I then had to wait over an hour for someone to send a code for the door. Parking is terrible if you have a couple cars. The neighbor intentionally parks in front of the house so guests canā€™t, then leaves stuff in the road in front of his house so nobody can park there.

Two big issues and this could have veen a 5 star

Bedroom off of kitchen was incredibly uncomfortable. The bed is basically broken and sinks in the middle, my brother in law nick named it the taco. Second issue. The ADU door would not unlock. We were only given the code to the lock box so we has to makw sure we didnt leave the keys behind. Unfortunately the day we left, as we were packing up, the door closed and the keys were inside. We called and wwre told it would be up to two hours to resolve. We left for breakfast. Shortly after I receivwd a call to try a code on the door lock. I explained that we had left for breakfast and would need a late check out aince it was already 930am and checkout was 10. We were told that we could not gwt a late check out. I went back to the house and the rest of the family went for breakfast. The code I was given didnt work, I called Vacasa and rhe subsequent 4 codes also didn't work. I was told to wait for the house cleaner. By the time she came and I was able to pack my bags into the car and drive to the restaurant everyone was done eating. I was told this happens all the time and I was lucky that we didn't lock our cell phones in the unit. I really hope they fix these two issues, I probably wont stay there again otherwise.
