Conway Road (SR 15): 🛣️ Conway Road is the closest main road, providing a direct route to many local attractions and amenities. While traffic is generally smooth, it can become busier during peak commute hours between 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. If you're heading out during these times, it's best to allow for a little extra travel time.

Public Transportation: 🚌 Public transit options in the area are limited, with a few nearby bus stops that offer routes to downtown Orlando and surrounding areas. However, bus schedules may not be frequent, and wait times can vary.

🔇 No Parties or Loud Noise: Please respect quiet hours after dark to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
🚭 No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

🔒 Home Security & Care
✔️ Lock all doors when leaving the property. Windows do not open—please do not attempt to force them.
🛋️ Do not move furniture. If necessary, return everything to its original position before check-out.
📸 Security Camera
A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety. It does not record inside the home and complies with privacy policies. Please don’t unplug or tamper with it during your stay.

🐶 Pet Policy
We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (small breed only). The fee is $60 for each small dog . All dogs must be declared in advance.

✔️ The pool is not heated. Water temperature varies depending on the weather, season, and time of day.

🏠 The property may be subject to annual inspections by the city, bank, or insurance company.
If this occurs during a reservation and the guest is not present, the property manager will access the home to attend the inspection.
