The location is very convenient to restaurants and shops, and is a short drive from Brown Uni. The apartment had everything that is needed, such as 1.5 bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen. I will say there was a bit of confusion on check in as this apartment is located on the the ground floor, not upstairs where one would expect a "loft" to be. All-in- all a good place to be and very comfortable.

Wonderful Homey Feel and Perfect Location

I came to Providence for a not so fun reason and this space was a wonderful spot to be able to rest at the end of long, emotional days. It truly feels like a home and I was very thankful for that. Ravi was kind and communicative and I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Great place, great host, great neighborhood, fantastic experience

My wife and I had a lovely experience staying at Ravi's place. The space itself was cozy and quiet, while still in a neighborhood with a lot to offer. Short walk, drive, or ride to plenty of Providence's main attraction. Highly recommend!

All around great place to stay. The condo is just as pictured, maybe even better in person. Great location in walking distance to many restaurants and convenient on site parking. Would stay again.

Providence adventure

The apartment was centrally located to the areas we were visiting. Ramesh was very helpful throughout the rental process and our stay. You do need to take into consideration that there will be music and laughter from nearby restaurant or cafes that are open until 10pm. It did not bother us, but may some. The loft was as stated in the description. We enjoyed our stay 8n Providence.

Dear Christine - Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay. I sincerely apologize that the property did not meet the cleanliness and storage standards you rightfully expected. The conditions you experienced were completely atypical for our rental, and I take full responsibility for this oversight. I have been traveling recently, and my daughter had stayed at the property earlier in the summer. Unfortunately, I failed to ensure that adequate storage space was cleared and am dismayed to hear that our usual cleaning protocols were not properly followed before your arrival. I have already addressed these issues directly with our cleaning service to prevent this from happening again. Moving forward, I will personally verify that the property meets our cleanliness standards before each check-in. Your experience falls far short of what we strive to provide our guests, and I truly regret any inconvenience this caused during your stay. Please know that I am taking immediate steps to ensure future guests have the comfortable, clean, and well-organized space they deserve. Affordable and comfortable Providence stay

Booked this stay with Ravi on short notice, over the Memorial Day weekend. Ravi was quick to respond and great communicator throughout the stay. He allowed us to bring our dog, too! Great location. 10 min to downtown Providence, Federal Hill close to lots of great restaurants, walking distance. Great price too. Very satisfied with our stay!

Great Apartment

Amazing Property and Host!

Our host, Ravi, was so so great. My dog Nova and I were here for 3 months and absolutely loved it! We didn't want to leave. The place is beautiful, great location with plenty of dining options and close proximity to the interstate for ease of travel! If you have pets, it's a great spot as there are plenty of grass patches along the sidewalk AND there is a huge park nearby to take them on walks. This place looked even better than the photos as it has beautiful art and decor throughout. Also can't beat having parking, in unit laundry, and a dishwasher. Ravi was very responsive to any questions I had and checked up on me and Nova from time to time. If we are ever back in the area, we would without a doubt book this place with Ravi again. Thanks, Ravi! :)

Spacious and Eclectic

Really great spot for our first stay in Providence. Loved the location so close to Federal Hill and downtown. We could walk to the nearby co-op for groceries or nearby park while enjoying the unique Victorian homes. A wide range of restaurants and shops were very close. The cozy, artsy apartment is situated between three eateries, two of which often had live music or karaoke or patio diners.This was usually enjoyable or not bothersome, but if you have sensitive sleepers, you might want to bring ear plugs, etc. if you'll be there on a weekend like we were. Our maybe look up the venues to see what their weekend events are. Attractive comfortable space with all the necessities.

Illegal property listing

Doesn't have permission from his condo board to rent... was constantly harassed and threatened by neighbors within the condo...false allegations of stolen packages with no evidence other than hearsay. After departure they claimed there were things missing but couldn't provide any specific details or specific items. didn't want to meet before departure to do a walkthrough to avoid any of these kind of issues. Also falsely claimed that trip was not fully paid up in which I had receipts to show that it was...

I chose this place based on photos and reviews. Unfortunately, what I discovered while staying there did not match up with much of what I had expected. The entrance door that was pictured was not the rented unit. It took a while to figure out where our unit was. The kitchen and living room were nice and spacious, but the bedroom was a bit cluttered. The biggest disappointment, however, was the fact that there was nowhere for us to put any of our clothes. Every closet and drawer was jam-packed with items. Thank God we weren't attending a wedding and needing to hang dress clothes! This fact gave my husband and I a very uneasy feeling. It was as if somebody else was currently living there. We started to wonder whether the sheets and towels were actually clean and unused. The reviews stated that the host was very quick to respond to questions, comments, etc. I messaged him the first night to ask him if there was toilet paper anywhere because we had 1 partial roll. (There was none at all in the master bathroom.) We looked as best we could, but it was difficult with all the stashed items. While looking, we discovered dirty clothes in the hamper, which we thought might have been used for storing items. He never got back to me that night, so we had to buy some.The amenities list on VRBO included a hair dryer, but none to be found. Messaged the host asking where it might be but no response. This is not what I'm used to with VRBO.

Want to do your own laundry?

We show up to the property and opened the door to nothing being cleaned, with the exceptions of the trash being emptied. Towels were still in the hamper and the two towels that were left out were used with makeup and holes. The sheets had not been changed and had hair with two stains located on the left side. Socks, towels, and pregnancy tests were left behind by the previous VRBO renters. We thought we entered the wrong condo. We were so wrong. The owner stated that we could “throw it in the washer and do a load.” Would you want to do that after a 12 hour day of traveling? I think not. We contacted VRBO for a refund and they said the owner had to cancel the reservation. The owner would respond to us, but wouldn’t respond to VRBO. The owner told us to cancel and VRBO said if we did there would be no refund. We are currently waiting for our Level 2 refund. Wish we could share photos.

Princess and the pea has nothing on this whining cuck. The place had a deep cleaning by a service the day before and the cleaner offered to come back in if it wasn't arrayed to the diva's satisfaction. Instead she complained and I spoke to VRBO and they told me they needed to cancel the booking, which they did not do. Asking for a refund when I am unable to rebook my place on one of the busiest weekends of the year is laughable. I'm a very fair person who rents out and from VRBO and rarely have I had to deal with such a fastidious, neurotic, finicky swindler. Don't rent to them unless you want your dinner interrupted ever few minutes by hyperbolic grievances. Not sure why they don't stay in hotels.
