The apartment was very comfortable, and it was clear that the host had thought out in detail just about everything guests might need and had supplied it. Also, the host was very responsive to messages when we asked anything. This was the case even prior to booking, which gave us confidence that the stay would be a really good one, which it was. Our parking space was close to the apartment, the beds and other furniture were all of good quality and comfortable, and the Roku system with the large-screen TV worked just fine. The kitchen amenities, including utensils, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, a stove, an oven, and a dishwasher, were great for our purposes. Our stay was in late December through very early January, and, despite cold conditions outside, we were kept warm inside by a good heating system. We cannot comment about air conditioning, as none was required due to the time of year for our stay. We wound up not doing any laundry while there, so we cannot comment on the machines, but we have every reason to believe they would have been good, too. Drainage is via a septic system, which means no flushing of items thicker than normal toilet paper. One downside was that an outside stairwell is needed to get up to and down from the apartment, which some older people or those with mobility issues may find difficult, so potential guests should look at the picture of the outside carefully before booking.
