The private bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed and 45" smart TV with walk-in closet.

The location is excellent. Gate code did cause us and others some issues as the controls seemed sometimes off. The condo is small but fine. Would have been nice to have a couple of coffee pods and paper goods to start off the stay as we arrived late in evening. Staff at Oranj was always available and helpful with any issues we encountered.

We appreciate you letting us know about the gate code issues—those controls can be sensitive at times, and we’ll make sure to report this to the HOA so they can take a closer look. Thank you as well for the note about starter supplies. While we provide a limited starter set, we understand how helpful it would be to have coffee pods and additional paper goods, especially for late arrivals. We had to go get keys at a lockbox when there was a code to get in our unit. This extra step was a waste of time. Just give out the code. Then they wanted us to return the key but we left before the office was open. No instructions were left on how to do that. Monitoring the air conditioning when it was over 100 outside is not ok. 75 degrees was very uncomfortable given the weather. They also rationed toilet paper which was very cheap. When we asked for more they gave one more roll. Then we asked again and we were denied until we complained again. Overall, the pool is wonderful. The location was great. I would go to the same units again but I got information for a different management company. When you pay this much money and they are so obvious about their cheapness it is not so fun when you are on vacation and want to feel like it.

Well appointed, scrupulously clean and an amazing location. The kitchen was well equipped, the pool area and grounds were gorgeous, and the space was nicely decorated. My husband & I (and our dog) spent a week here and we were (mostly) completely delighted. The only problem was the temperature. There’s a very stern notice posted next to the thermostat stating that if you set the AC below 75 you can be charged extra. Normally not a big deal. It’s the desert. It cools down at night, so just turn off the AC & open a window, right? Except no, you can’t. The fabric window blinds were bolted to the top and bottom window sills in a way that you could not actually raise or lower the blind to access the window. No way to get to the window without destroying the blind. As a result, the bedroom was so hot at night that my hubby & I took turns sleeping on the living room couch next to the open slider door. Also, I freely admit that I’m a bit of a worrywort, so I spent more than a little time worrying about how to escape the bedroom in the case of fire in the living room or kitchen area. You’d need to have something really sharp with you in the bedroom to be able to slash through that blind in order to escape. I realize that it’s just me and my anxiety talking, and most people probably wouldn’t even go down that worry rabbit hole. Other than that, everything was great. (One other minor thing: when we checked in the washing machine was broken but I assume it’s been fixed by now)
