perfect vacation spot

we went for a 2 week getaway, the view was awesome, the condo perfect,location is great; the only downside,we had to go home-vaction was over. We'll be back.

End of Summer Girls' Weekend

We had a great weekend! This condo was very nice and clean! There are so many fun restaurants around the condo, the pool was clean and a nice size and the walk to the beach was quick. We will definitely return for a weekend trip hopefully soon!

Great hosts, great stays

We always enjoy staying in Stacey and Shannon's Legacy Towers properties and refer others to them because their units are neat, clean, upscale, and have GREAT ocean views with expansive balconies. If you want laid back hosts who take care of anything you need, you'll love this and other Dunn Deal and Southern Mississippi Real Estate condos.

Great condo!!!

Great location! We had an event at the Coliseum just a 5 min drive. There were plenty to do and places to eat nearby. The condo was clean and very spacious and comfortable. We felt at home. It was a short stay for us, we plan to come back sometime to stay longer.

The beach isn’t worth it!

I wish someone had told us the beach is so lousy there. The room was great clean and had all the stuff. Also the stove could be updated that burner style is pretty outdated.

Unit needs Help

Overall impression is I wouldn't stay here again. The rental agents were wonderful because this is not the unit we originally rented. That unit had AC problems and they moved us to this unit. The furniture needs to be replaced as you sink to the floor in the LR chairs, the mattresses have springs poking you, the unit is very sparcley furnished. We had to buy air mattresses to put on top of mattresses. The owners need to make some changes. The rental agents Dunn Deal Properties did all they could to help but this whole fiasco is on the owners, who evidently just want your money.

THIS REVIEW IS NOT FOR 1202T2. We are terribly sorry for the experience you had in the unit you were moved to due to1202t2 AC ISSUE. The owners for the unit you were in has since updated beds, are getting quotes for painting and are looking into a few other upgrades too. The owners are new owners. They have not had a chance to make it their own with all the upgrades. They will be addressing the issues. Cindy if you would, please retract this review as it's showing on another owners condo. It's showing on the unit you originally booked and not the one you were moved to.
