- 1 queen sleeper sofa (note - larger sofa pictured has been swapped with an Article sleeper sofa that folds out to queen bed.)

Please note that there is one outdoor camera in the pool area for liability/safety purposes. There is also 1 camera located at front door for safety purposes.

Disputes and Chargebacks: All disputes must 1st be addressed between host and guest during first 3 days of stay. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, all reprocessing fees and all associated legal fees may be applied.
