The house was great and perfect for what we were looking for. We held a company retreat including spouses and it was perfect. The TV was set up for every connection we needed for training, great room for relaxing in the evening and doing TEAM building. This is home is perfect for families, retreats or friends just getting away. Will definitely come again.

Katie and Shawn were definitely amazing. We ended up having to stay an extra night due to something out of our control. Katie gave me comfort in knowing that everything was okay.

This place was awesome. Very clean inside and out, fit all of our needs, and checked all of our boxes. We had 10 people in the house and everyone had their own bed! Very good pricing as well. Book this house for your vacation, you won’t regret it!

Excellent house and location. The fact that every bedroom has its own bathroom made this an ideal vacation home. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and well stocked. The location on the channel is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the water. It was a very easy walk to the beach. Communication with the owner/property manager was also great. Highly recommend this rental and plan to return soon!

This was an excellent house! It was very clean on arrival which is important to us. The number of bedrooms - all with their own bathroom - was great. The house was well stocked with everything from beach towels, chairs, toys and wagons. We all enjoyed the house and cannot wait to return here!

Perfect for our N. Myrtle Beach Golf Trip!

Eight of us stayed at Beach Please Waterfront Beach House in late October for our annual golf trip to the area. The house could not have fit our needs any better! It was spacious, clean, and comfortable and I received numerous compliments from the group for having picked the house for the trip. Lots of room for hanging out and the 6 bedroom suites were perfect for the group. Communication from Katie and her property manager were frequent as they made sure we had the information needed to address anything that might come up during our stay. Would highly recommend the property!

Wonderful Stay at Beach Please

From the beginning through the end of our stay at Beach Please, the communication and commitment to ensure a great experience was beyond our expectations. KT Escapes does an outstanding job on providing all the essentials and more for an enjoying a vacation. The house is well kept, well organized, and offers great accommodations inside and out.

Me and my family had the best time staying in your home. The service that we received was exceptional. Great Spring Break Stay!

Thank you for having such a wonderful rental home. The house was great for our family during our spring break and son's baseball tournament. We loved many aspects of the home. The many bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone had privacy. Also, the large kitchen table so we could eat together. Also, the outdoor living areas especially the lower level. We used that to entertain and cook with the smoker. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

Beach Please

Beach Please is perfect for a family vacation. I could not have been more thrilled with this house! It is exceptionally clean, well appointed and has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation annd is only a short walk to the beach. Everything has been thought of to ensure a pleasant stay.... even comfortable beds. Katie's communication and level of commitment to providing a great stay exceeded our expectations. I look forward to staying here again . Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

This house was perfect for our large group. We had plenty of space both inside as well as outside on the various patios. Most nights were spent playing corn hole near the water and utilizing the outdoor bar! The house was beautiful and very clean. There was plenty of parking for our group of 10 and just a quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach! The owner and property manager were quick to respond and provided us quickly with any questions we may have had! We would definitely rent this beautiful home again!

Amazing place!!

This was the cleanest and most well-maintained property we have ever stayed in! Everything was pristine and NOTHING was broken, which we have never experienced in the many rentals we have stayed in the past. The house more than accommodated our group of 11, and with room to spare. You can tell the owner takes so much pride in her property! We had to reach out a couple of times for very minor issues, and she was very responsive. The walk to the beach was about 6 minutes from door to sand. We liked this place so much that we plan to stay there again next year!

Family beach trip 2024

We had a wonderful stay! When we arrived, check in was very simple. The house looked and smelled clean. The photos were spot on. Communication with Renea was excellent! It is very nice to have the personal connection she provided. The home was a little farther from the beach than we would have preferred, but we knew that going in. We rented a golf cart and it was no problem at all. It was very nice being on the canal. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and plan to return for our annual family beach trip next year!

Could not have been any better

Let me start off by saying this was the 2nd year in a row we rented this house. We are a group of 8 lifelong friends who get together for a golf trip. We came to Myrtle Beach last year from New York and enjoyed staying at this house so much we had to come back again. What we think makes this property so different is that you deal with the owner, not some property management company who has to take care of 50 homes. Katie and Sean look after the property as anyone would their own and they treat their guests as anyone would at their home. You know they care about the property and the experience you have there. The house itself is great. Large and very clean and well equipped. It is not stuffy and you will easily feel right at home. Location is convenient to so much, there are many restaurants and for our group many golf courses. The many decks on the house provide for much relaxation and just hanging out together. Katie checks in with you to make sure everything is just right and is always there to help with any questions or issues, but there were none for us. While we were a group of 8 guys, the house is also perfect for families, girls trips , beach vacations or anything else you may want it for. If you are looking for more than a rental property but rather a comfortable home, then this is the place. We will return.

Best Graduation Trip

We had the best time in Cherry Grove! When we arrived, there were only two beach chairs in the garage, which was a little disappointing since beach chairs were one of the reasons I picked this house. I let the property manager know, and within an hour, the owner personally showed up with brand new Tommy Bahama chairs. She was so sweet and accommodating—I really believe she had no idea they were missing.The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 6 teens. We spent most of our time hanging out in the outdoor area, which was such a great space. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes—a little farther than I expected, but totally manageable and not a deal-breaker at all.The teens loved the front porch bean bags, and honestly, so did the adults! If you stay here, you have to try them at least once—super comfy.The kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked a couple of meals during our stay. Overall, it was a great house with thoughtful touches and awesome hospitality. We’d definitely stay again!

Golf reunion

We are a group of very old friends of more than 50-60 years. Each year we take a trip for a golf outing/ reunion. We have atayed at many rental properties in many locations but to a man our entire group was overwhelmed by Katies house.First of all, the property is at a great location, close to the beach, on a canal at Cherry Grove Beach, convenient to sp much. Next was the layout, 6 bedrooms, 6 baths, 4 decks and so much open space. The house was immaculate when we arrive and equipted with everything anyone could need. Every room has a TV, the kitchen was fully equipted and everything in the house was in excellent condition.For the price, the house is more than worth every penny, our entire group would recomend it. Great for a guys golf trip, family beach trip, girls get-a-way.Best of all is how Kaite is always available for any assistance you may need or to check with you to see how your stay is going. Shs hands on and makes sure everything is the way you want it to be.Thank you Katie. We enjoyed it all.
