LOCATION LOCATION!! Excellent walking neighborhood in Cary. Fenced back yard. Walk to local restaurants and shopping! Or walk along the paved trail, or take a dip in the pool. Lounge in our backyard while the kids play on play set. Large open floor plan, first level bedroom and full bathroom, two separate TV rooms, one on each floor. Light filled upper level primary room or main floor 2nd primary. Full size bathroom and bedroom on main level.

The house was amazing, very open and had space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies of meals, and beds were comfortable.

Great centrally located property

This property suited our needs perfectly with 5 adults and a dog. Need home in nice neighborhood. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Pickleball retreat

Spent 4 nights, each day spent watching Pickleball tournament. House was very clean, no evidence of animals having ever stayed there.

Great Big House

My family and I were really amazing by the condition of the property and how well organized and stocked it was. Every room had a unique design to it, with the right amenities. I was quite thankful for the garage with the rain and all, everything stayed dry.

Family vacation

Awesome house, plenty of room, puppy friendly! Near plenty of activities and food choices! Community pool was great to relax at. Just an overall great vacation!

Home away from home in Cary

Great location

My son graduates from UNC Chapel Hill so we had family in for the ceremony. Convenient access to Chapel Hill and Raleigh where we had dinners! We don’t spend much time in the house but it was very clean and comfortable.

Great house and location

We would definitely stay here again. The house is in a great community with lots of sidewalks, and so close to a greenway! Lisa was always quick to respond to any questions. This house was perfect for us and our toddler!

Great stay!

Great overall experience and super cute house! The house was very clean and well kept. The photos were accurate. The fully fenced in backyard was awesome. The owner was responsive and accommodating. We are definitely staying here again next time we are in the area.

Great little getaway

The house was nice and the owner very accommodating The few things which were wrong were due to unforeseen heavy storms and lisa was very responsive to getting all items fixed and repaired as soon as she was able (was within a few hours) Highly recommend any of her properties

Christmas Vacation Family & Pups

Great house for multiple families and dogs. We celebrated our family Christmas and loved the house, the location with it's access to restaurants, shopping, hiking, and church. Property manager, Lisa, was super helpful and responsive. Yard was fenced which was excellent for the pups! Highly recommend this property for families including dogs.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were very fast to respond. Everything was clean and the open layout was nice. It feels much larger than pictures show. The pool is a short drive and was awesome. The fenced in yard was great for our littles. Beach towels were there which was nice since they take up so much room packed. The kitchen had everything you need and the fridge in the garage was nice for our additional drinks.

Great place to stay in Cary

This house is great! The furnishings were all comfortable and very well thought out. We all thought the beds were heaven!! We were here with my in-laws and our family of 4. Plenty of space and we’ll layer out. The back yard was great for the kids & dogs. The community pool was AWESOME! There were a few issues & Lisa was very responsive. I would recommend this house!

Excellent Experience

The house was the perfect spot for our family get together for our daughters wedding. Having a separate area where the kids could watch TV and play their games was great. The location could not have been more perfect. It was basically eight minutes to the venue eight minutes to the hotel where more family and guest were staying and lots of shopping and food places around. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house. Thank you so much

Owner Canceled our reservation 2 days out

We were looking forward to coming to Raleigh for my son‘s graduation. I booked this property four months in advance two days before the owner called and canceled the reservation without any reason I was upset and she said I don’t want you staying at any of my properties.

Excellent choice for big family or group

We were in Cary for a baseball tournament and had three families staying together including four 13-year-olds. The house was so beautiful and spacious! There was plenty of space for everyone to congregate in different areas without driving each other crazy and the huge pantry made it easy to keep everything put away. The kids visited the neighborhood pool one evening and the adults enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood for morning or evening walks. We also loved that the grocery stores were super close and easy to get to. Lisa is an amazing host and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. She was extremely quick to answer when we had question too! We loved staying here and would highly recommend it!

Great property and host!

Home was just as described and more. Up to date appliances, plenty of towels and other supplies. Beds and other furniture were very comfortable. Nicely decorated, very inviting. Great location. We extended our one week rental to two weeks and wanted to add another month. Unfortunately the property was booked, however the host had another property 10 minutes away that she was able to offer us. We had such a great experience with Lisa we snatched it up! Suggestion for all hosts, Lisa labeled all the light switches as to what they controlled. Very helpful!

Very wet backyard full of mosquitoes. Upstairs tub doesn’t drain well. Various broken items. Coffee table is glass and flimsy. Decent location. Unreasonable cleaning fee and cleaning instructions. No throw blankets in living area. Property was clean. Checkin codes and WiFi code not accurate

A Welcome Retreat

Our family of 8 had a wonderful stay at this property 2 weeks ago. It was beautiful, clean, and everyone slept well. Across the street are fishing lakes which my boys took advantage of. The neighborhood is very nice and accessible to grocery stores, restaurants, gas, and other stores. Lisa Renee is a kind and wonderful host. She responded quickly to our questions. There was only 1 hiccup and that was a recent change by the HOA to access the large pool, which Lisa was in the process of working out. She was very accommodating and if we'd needed her to, would have seen our family could use the pool. The pool was not in comfortable walking distance. We would stay at the property again and would happily work with Lisa Renee again when staying in the area. The Stevens
