Carnival 2027 - Minimum package of 5 nights: R$ 62,500.00 + staff and consumables for the period

IMPORTANT NOTES:
The property has a staff member (housekeeper), with a daily rate of R$ 300.00/weekdays and R$ 350.00/weekends, not included in the reservation.
Electricity and water consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is required and will be returned within 3 business days after checkout.
A LUXOBRASIL representative will meet the client at the property at a previously scheduled time.

Check-out: by 12pm.

HOUSE RULES:
Small events allowed upon request and price to be confirmed. Bands, shows, and amplifiers are not allowed.
After parties are not allowed on the property.
Pets allowed with prior notice.
The property is limited to 20 (twenty) people, including children.
