Beautiful 2 bedroom/ 1 bath home right next to the Parkway and within walking distance of the Little Pigeon River. Private hot tub and Spacious Living room offers plenty of space to relax on your vacation with leather sectional and recliners. A large kitchen gives you plenty of room to feed your party. Both bedrooms have king size beds and the living area offers a queen size air mattress. This home is a great option for families and friends looking for a stay in Pigeon Forge

A decent place to stay

Lighting is kinda dull especially compared to the photoshopped listing photos. Hot tub is nice but on a 110v so it’s either jets OR heat, fine for 2 hr sessions but will get lukewarm like bathwater if you wanna pull an all nighter in the hot tub. Bathroom is a multi purpose laundry room kinda cramped if you have 4 people staying, no back door so backyard access is not really a thing, oh and the hot tub is in the front with half a fence dividing you from the road. Oh and I hope you are friends with the neighbors (also a VRBO, the host owns 16 VRBOs btw) cuz there is no privacy if both units use the hot tubs at the same time (just the wooden fence that you can see and hear through).

Great location

We enjoyed the full size kitchen and large living room. The washer and dryer was also a plus. The location was close to the main strip without the noise of the traffic. The only negative was that the wall shared with the neighboring unit must be very thin because we could hear the tenant snoring and hear their television, so I would recommend earplugs for light sleepers. Overall, it was a very clean rental and comfortable.

Close to Everything

The location of this property is close to everything, even a short little ride to Gatlinburg. The property was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend. :-). Thanks for sharing!

Cozy stay right off the strip!

Property was exactly as described. Provided all the necessities and even extras like board games and puzzles. We enjoyed the convientient location close to Walmart and area attractions. Area felt extra safe with a cop living next door. If you are doing any serious cooking, bring your own knife because the ones provided weren't very sharp.

As Advertised

The property was very clean with plenty of space. Although it was great for our trip, it is not super private as it is in a residential neighborhood with houses close by. However that did not bother us. It was quiet and very close to all the commercial attractions in Pigeon Forge. We would definitely stay there again.

Super clean!

This property was the perfect size for the weekend. Having a full-sized kitchen was great, and the washer and dryer were convenient. Everything was wonderful!

Great location and cute house

Our stay was great. The beds aren’t super comfortable, and I’d encourage you to bring your own pillows. The beds and pillows were clean, just not as comfortable as what we sleep on at home. No fault of the host. The host was easy to communicate with. Great little house located in a prime area.

Wonderful !!!

I would highly recommend this property !!! Great location, clean, great communication with hosts !! The only thing I did not like was the mattresses. My husband and I both have back issues and the beds were not great for us.

Great place to stay

We very much liked this property. It’s very clean, the hosts are easily reachable and responsive, this is a great place if you have furry family members. The neighborhood is just off the main drag, yet quiet. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend to friends.

Great Stay!

Great location just off the main Parkway in Pigeon Forge. We were looking for a pet friendly place and Jaxon’s Retreat exceeded our expectations. The place was just the right size, is decorated nice, and the owner provided a variety of games to play. We would recommend this place and will stay here again.

Mini vacation

We enjoyed our stay. It had a very homey feel to it. Girls loved the hot tub. I would pf preferred more privacy for the hot tub but it was ok. Very close to several of the attractions. We would recommend thipropertyproperty

Refreshing

This is the first vacation in 19 years. We have had weekends of camping nut not an actual vacation. This little place was clean, secluded but still close to EVERYTHING you could possibly want to experiance.

Great stay!

The property was super clean & very conveniently located. The place was exactly as described and the beds were very comfortable. I cooked several meals & appliances were great, but the kitchen was missing small items like potholders, baking dish, etc. It was very clean & in a quiet neighborhood. Overall great stay!

Close to shopping & attractions. 2 minutes to the Parkway!

This is just what we were looking for! Pet friendly! While the yard is not fenced in, it's large enough to play fetch without fear of traffic. We wanted to be close to shopping. This place is located in a small residential neighborhood just off the Parkway but far enough away from the traffic. You're just about halfway between the Tanger Outlet mall and The Island. Try Arcade City! It's worth the walk. We enjoyed breakfast from Cinnaholic and the Sunliner Diner. Had dinners at the Apple Barn and Alamo Steakhouse. Found the place just as described. 2 king sized beds, leather recliners, hot tub. Great wifi. Blender, microwave, cooking utensils ready to use. Plenty of games and puzzles. We would stay here again and we highly recommend this unit!

Convention Trip

We enjoyed our stay. The two complaints we have are cleaning and lack of kitchen ware. I noticed the living room furniture needed a good cleaning; and the kitchen lacked bowls to use when preparing meals which I bought some and left for people to use as well as a pitcher for tea.

Vacation/work getaway

Nice cozy place, conveniently located close to a lot of main attractions. We did Titanic (we both enjoyed), The Titanic Frozen custard shop next door was really yummy. Suggest eating at The Local Goat (yummy). Not far to Dollywood , which we enjoyed also. And toured Gatlinburg just down the road as well before heading out to Knoxville for husbands Job. I would definitely use this place again.

Weekend get away

My husband and I brought our senior mothers up for the weekend. Granted, it was during Helene, so a lot was going on, but we enjoyed our time and was comfortable in the rental property. The living room furniture did not match the pictures, but it still worked for our family. The first night, something knocked over the outdoor trash cans and pulled out all the trash. I immediately contacted the host, and the trash was cleaned the next morning.

My husband & I love the smokey mountains and visit as often as possible. I grew up near Chattanooga TN and it's great to return to our roots and spend time with family. With our vacation home it makes it easier to enjoy a visit more often we hope to share the home we enjoy with you!

We were renting cabins and had some trouble with tight driveways and long drives back to them, so we looked for our own place. We enjoy seeing the leaves turn in the fall and all the concerts offered close by. We enjoy relaxing and watching the sunsets. Our favorite amenity is the hot tub. We love to go to several of the shows close by as well as the restaurants nearby. We're also just a few miles from The Island and the cool things it offers including The Wheel (Giant Ferris Wheel)

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love being in the natural wonder around the home. Having a hot tub on site is wonderful. We are close to restaurants, Shows & Museums. Our favorite restaurants are Apple Barn, Local Goat, Junction 35, & Blue Moose. Our favorite shows are the Stampede, Pirates, and Country Tonite
