A mix of space, comfort, and modern living, this 1500 sq. ft. home is exactly what you are looking for. Conveniently located and reasonably priced, with a fully fenced-in backyard, it is a perfect short-or long-term retreat for families, business
trips or those just looking to take in the many sites in the area.  
As you step into the living room, notice the cozy interior including central air, new floors and furnishings, a vaulted ceiling, and large flat-screen TV. Hungry? You will
have access to a kitchen with enough pots, pans, utensils, and appliances to cook up a storm. Afterwards, relax on the back porch deck and sip your coffee in a green, “country within the city” environment. The three bedrooms, set up with two queens and a full bed, are comfortable, with overhead fans and WIFI access. A pack and play and highchair are kept on the
premises for little ones. On a work trip? One of the rooms offers a large office table, chair, and basic supplies.

Another Raceday Stay

Second time staying at this property. It is such a comfortable house. Very clean, well maintained, well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood. It’s obvious that Amy takes great pride in this property. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice place

We were all very comfortable. The place was clean. The location worked perfectly for us. The host "book" was very helpful with restaurant suggestions. My family enjoyed our stay! We recommend it positively!

Wonderful retreat

We came for the Shawshank Hustle and loved the house and area. Perfect for 3 of us, spacious, immaculate, lovely porch. Beds were wonderful, host was very responsive!

Great house!

This was a great house. Location was perfect, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds. Pack and play and high chair being available was wonderful for us. Amy had a wonderful booklet with all kinds of info and kitchen was well appointed. Will definitely stay again for any events in this arae! area!

Race day stay

This house is absolutely beautiful and very very clean. Very convenient to lots of places. Quiet neighborhood. The furniture and beds were new and very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. Would definitely recommend this place to others because you won’t regret staying here.

Perfect Family Get Together

This home was perfect for gathering of my daughter's family from Washington state and my wife and I from Texas together. We were able to spend time with our other daughter's family, as well as other family and friends in the Mansfield and Cleveland areas. The yard was large enough for our grandchildren play in, in this quiet and safe neighborhood. Amy was very welcoming and quick to answer all my inquiries making me feel confident in my choice. We found this home to be well maintained and exactly as pictured.

Family visit

Incredible is the only word that comes to mind to describe the property. It is nestled in a quiet beautiful location. I immediately could tell how much love the owners has from inside and out. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean again on the inside as well as the landscaping. We felt like we were in our own home. I can’t thank the owner enough for making our stay so comfortable. I highly recommend this VRBO

Beautiful home and neighborhood

the house was immaculate and had a very nice back porch that was especially pleasant during the brief rain that occurred. the appliances were all new and we especially appreciated the directions on how to use the TV!

Great Family House

We stayed at Amy's property while in town visiting family. Communication with Amy prior to our stay was great. She was responsive and timely. The house was very clean, with plenty of towels and linens. Laundry soap is provided. The kitchen is fully stocked, including coffee. Quiet neighborhood with a lovely fences backyard. We will certainly stay here again!

My stayed at 599 inwood.

We had a great time. The house is clean and beautiful, neighborhood quiet. The only problem was the range it went out in middle of my cooking. Tried calling the host but got late response through email. There was no phone number. Other than that everything was great I will like to come back again and will recommend others.

Great place!

The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Very clean, quiet neighborhood with the cutest backyard. We saw a what we think was a groundhog in the backyard two mornings in a row while having breakfast. The beds were comfortable and linen was clean. The AC was cool and comfortable in the middle of July. The bathroom was clean and cute, but the only downfall was there were no curtains or blinds on the bathroom window. Overall, we had an exceptional experience and we would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Great House!

Great place!

We are in the racing business and travel a lot. We had stayed in several VRBO places and this little house was absolutely great. It is very clean, comfortable, quite neighborhood and has everything you need to feel at home.

Bridal Shower Weekend

My mom and sisters and I stayed here for a bridal shower and it was impeccable! So clean and beautifully decorated. Feels much larger than 1500 square feet too. The beds were also extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again. The house is also close to multiple area attractions.

Clean and cozy

Property was clean, cozy and furnished with modern amenities. Everything we could possibly need was provided, even a high chair for my one year old! The process was easy and the property manager was immediately available anytime we had a question or needed help. Rooms, living area, kitchen, and back porch were clean and spacious. Big beautiful backyard. House is in a great location. Whenever we come back to the area, we will be checking to see if this house is available before we look anywhere else.

Whether you are looking for a great restaurant, a quaint coffee shop downtown, a fun bike trail, day at the lake or a visit to the famous Mansfield Reformatory, I'd love to share some of my favorite spots and the gems in the area. My three-bedroom home is part of a safe, quiet neighborhood with plenty of free parking on site, a beautiful deck and closed in backyard for just relaxing and having fun.
