Timeless Classic Ski Condo. SH404

Be close to everything at Copper Mountain in this cozy 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. Plenty of room in this 1100 square foot condo with oversized bedrooms. It is a short, 3-5 minute walk to the American Eagle and American Flyer Chairlifts in Center Village. It is also very close to the Green Acres learning area. Each bedroom has two queen beds, 4 Queen Beds total. Both bedrooms have a 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD player. Both bathrooms have double sinks and a shower/tub combination.
This condo is on the fourth floor (5 floors in Summit House). Enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountain from your private balcony!
Make yourself at home in the nicely decorated living room. There is a gas fireplace. Watch a Blu-Ray movie on the new 46 inch flat screen TV or play some board games with the family. The well appointed kitchen is perfect for cooking all of your meals at home and features new stainless steel appliances. Serve your family of 6 people at the dining room table, and there are 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar.
Summit House has two laundry rooms in the building, one on the second floor and the other on the fourth. Your private ski locker is on the ground floor as you enter the building. There is a covered car port parking spot for 1 vehicle, this is an assigned spot. Any additional vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot for an additional fee during the winter, summer is free. Center Village is the main base area for Copper Mountain. There are many great shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The American Eagle Chairlift accesses intermediate terrain. The American Flyer has some green terrain, but all first timers or beginners need to take the bus to West Village or walk to Green Acres. Green Acres is only a few minute walk and is a great learning area.

Great location!

We had a great Spring Break here! The condo had generous size rooms that accommodated our group well. We also appreciated the covered parking and location of condo. The condo also provided Netflix!!!

Nice and clean! Great location ! Well stocked! Improvements needed: bathtub was extremely slow to drain ,maybe another set of kitchen towels and more seating in the living room.Would stay here again !

Great place close to Cooper Mountain Lifts

It's actually better than the pictures! Managed by a property management company but works. Very close to the lifts. Extra for 2nd vehicle parking overnight.

My stay at the condo at Copper Mountain was fantastic. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the lifts, making it incredibly convenient to hit the slopes. The condo itself was cozy and inviting, with comfortable beds that ensured a restful night's sleep after a day of skiing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great ski getaway.

Spacious, Great Location

This property is just a five-minute easy walk to the American Eagle lift, making it perfect for ski trips. The apartment is spacious, featuring two bedrooms with two queen beds in each room. We loved the picturesque windows in the living room and bedrooms that offered stunning views of the snow-covered scenery. The bar chair dining table placed in front of the living room window was a favorite spot for enjoying meals and conversations. The property management team was incredibly responsive and accommodating; they even allowed us a late check-out, which we truly appreciated. Our stay was fantastic, and we had a blast!

Better than the photos

This place is more updated than the photos, which is nice. The view is of the parking lot, but was still enjoyable. 5 min walk to the central village. Very clean and well stocked for cooking. Great covered parking spot and easy checkin. The beds are soft and comfy. I was hoping for a view of the slopes and i was a little disappointed with that, but the place is really good. Fun little character items, like a moose mask on the wall and ski themed cups.

Loved the location of this condo!

My husband and I stayed at this condo with several friends for my birthday weekend, and loved it! We played so many card games at the super spacious dining table and there was room for all 7 of us to cozy up on the couch. While the kitchen and bathrooms were outdated appearance wise, that didn’t affect our stay the least bit! We had everything we needed to cook and clean as well. We did run out of the large trash bags though, we had 3 full bags and would have definitely needed a 4th if we didn’t have some left over ones from our grocery shopping. We did after hours check in since we came in around midnight, and the process was super easy. We also really appreciated all the hooks both in the entry way and in our rooms to hang up our gear. Looking forward to coming back here and having such a short walk to the shops and lifts!

Great Location, needs some work

There is not doubt that the location is excellent. A short 5 minute walk will take you right into Center village or the shuttle bus stop or the ski rental place! The rooms are really huge, which I think may take away a bit of the living space. With 4 of us, I wish the living room had been a tad bigger, or with more lounging space, especially in front of the fireplace. The other issue was the kitchen. It was a bit dated. Some items we used we washed first because they did not look very clean. I think that may be more a housekeeping issue than owner issue. Same thing with the shower drain!!! I was surprised to find a big wad of hair on it!!! But overall the place was great. Beds are comfortable, there were enough towels for everybody, extra pillows and blankets for those who wanted them, the showers were nice and hot. Humidifiers in both rooms were a great touch. The trash shoot and washer and dryer are a few steps away, down the hall, so that was also convenient. And the locker for overnight storage of skis was also great. We used the assigned covered parking space but we were also given a pass for the garage across the way if we needed it (we didn't) so that was a nice touch. We checked in after ours and the instructions to get in where nice and clear. A nice place to stay overall.

Great place For skiing Copper

What a great location for accessing the lifts, rentals and restaurants. Perfect size place for our party. Very well stocked, super easy checkin, nice covered parking. Would definitely stay here again!

Property is walking distance to lifts and many restaurants/shops. Condo was very clean with the exception of the mold on the ceiling in the master shower.

Great location and great condo!

Summit House is only a short walk right into the heart of Center Village. The condo was plenty large enough for two families of 4, with two queens in each room. There was a great table for game playing that was used heavily! We really couldn’t have asked for more for our trip. Very pleased with our stay, our communications with the property managers, and everything in between.

Great Location and Excellent Property

Had a great stay at this property. The owner/property manager was great to work with. The unit was very clean and the location is perfect to enjoy everything in Center Village. Would highly recommend and will stay again at this property.

Clean, good living room space, and nice location near center village. Short walk to center lifts. It helped us to rent a ski locker at center village by the lost and found area, so we did not have to carry skis back to condo. We had 7 kids with us. Excellent customer service from management staff throughout stay.

First Class Assistance

Just left Summit House and Copper Mountain where our family returned for a second family ski trip. The accommodations were upgraded from two years ago and the assistance we received from SkyRun Vacations was superb. We had a couple of problems with the freezing temps and our vehicle. Doug from SkyRun was there for us!! We will return again and book the same unit. Thanks.

Nice amount of space

It was very comfortable with a lot of space in the bedrooms. Had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. I felt like it was clean. The building it's in is pretty run down so I was worried when we first got there but the condo was great.
