Perfectly situated just east of Gatlinburg , you'll be a short drive away from all the attractions that Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge offer but still far enough away to not have the hustle and bustle. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park Greenbriar entrance is 2 minutes down the road, plus Cataloochee valley is just an hour away.
Enjoy the serenity of the rippling creek outside the back door while enjoying a relaxing morning with coffee on the screened in porch or relaxing by the firepit.
This lovely studio cottage has a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, please note there is no dishwasher Onsight. With a beautiful Love seat positioned in the center of the room with a large Flat screen Tv and an Electric fireplace for the extra special ambience while you cuddle with your loved one. Retire in the King-sized bed just behind the loveseat with a true night of relaxing sleep before your next day's adventure on one of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park hiking trails, with many conveniently located to the cabin. The beautifully designed bathroom has a large walk-in shower big enough for two.

Great location

Loved being close to everything but not in the heart of all the craziness of Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. I loved the sound of the stream right outside the back screened in porch. We had a great time and would stay here again!!

Cute little cabin for a couple

My wife and I spent the weekend here. It was wonderful. We were close enough to town to get food and necessities, but the cabin was still quite secluded. The cabin itself was very clean, cozy, and had everything for a romantic getaway

This little cabin is so cute! It looks exactly as it does in the photos, so there were no surprises upon arrival. There are a couple of issues that can be improved on: -there needs to be blinds over the windows that are over the bed. The streetlights are as bright as the sun. We put pillows over the windows to try to block some of the light out. -the door was a bit tricky... for it to unlock, you have to pull the door to you. The fit is too tight for the automatic lock. -the plug in the bathroom does not work. Overall, the issues were little things and didn't change anything about our feelings for the cabin. The creek outside was so peaceful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful cabin, but a few things could be better

My boyfriend and I reserved this cabin for our birthday getaway this year. The cabin was JUST like the picture. It was very clean and had the amenities that it listed. There were a few things that I was a little disappointed with. 1. The site of the location from the pictures were a little misleading. If you are looking for a sucluded/serene area cabin, this may not be what you are looking for. The cabin is located on the main Hwy that leads into Gatlinburg. This Hwy is is constantly busy - day and night with local and commercial traffic. 2. If you are planning to stay longer than one night (we stayed four nights), please bring your own face towels and bath towels. The description tells you to pack a towel if you plan to enjoy the hot tub or pool (which this until didn't have), but it does not inform you that they only provide one set of towels for each guest. There is no washer/dryer in the unit or on the property. When we called to ask about totowels, we were told we could bring the dirty towels 30 MILES to the office to trade the dirty ones for clean ones... DAILY. 😳 We ened up having to visit the Dollar General right down the road to buy towels. Very inconvenient! 3. The "skylight" windows on the side of the cabin should have blinds placed over them The street light shines DIRECTLY through the windows, along with the headlights of the vehicles tratraveling around the curve of the Hwy. We put a towel up to block the lights from both sources. Overall, ok stay. 😊

Like you mentioned, we request that for this location our guests bring their own towels, but that if you forget one we do have some at the office. Greenbriar Preserve is a charming cottage community located just 20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. This peaceful retreat is nestled along a scenic creek and offers a quiet escape while still being close to all the area’s attractions. When we saw the location, we knew everyone would love the location as much as we did, and so the Greenbriar Preserve came to be.

The community is relatively new, with construction beginning in 2023 and thoughtfully expanding through 2024 and 2025 as its popularity grew. Guests love the serene setting, natural surroundings, and relaxing atmosphere.
We’re proudly pet-friendly (we love animals!), so feel free to bring your furry companions along. The community offers plenty of space to enjoy leisurely walks with your dog, whether along the creek or around the picnic area next to a large open field.

This cabin is pet-friendly — a $75 + tax non-refundable fee per pet applies. Pets must weigh no more than 40 lbs each and be crated if left unattended on the property.
 
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Guests found smoking indoors will be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $1,000 and immediate removal from the property. All payments made for the reservation will be forfeited in full.
