Very responsive communication. Respects privacy. Good amenities and many basics were in the kitchen already. Provided everything needed to take care of the house: trash bags, Alaskan, snow shovel, broom, dishwasher soap, et al. I read the book on British Mythology... that one is in the coffee table. I really enjoyed staying at this house. I was comfortable and felt welcome. The spot is quiet.

Stephen works in the financial services industry, helping Canadian families with financial planning, insurance, and long-term wealth strategies. His background in finance has shaped how we approach hosting as well—focused on reliability, transparency, comfort, and making sure guests feel secure and well taken care of during their stay.

Alongside our professional work, we also operate Sterando Acres, our rural glamping and guest experience property, where we host visitors looking for unique stays in nature. Hosting has become an important part of our lives, and we enjoy creating spaces that feel like a true home away from home.

We especially enjoy welcoming long-term guests, including those relocating, travelling for work, or simply needing a furnished home that offers more space, privacy, and comfort than a hotel.
