During our friendly conversation by the pool, we specifically pointed out to you that 4 towels were provided for each guest. One for the face, one for the hair, one for the body, and an additional fourth one for the beach. Surprisingly, you seem to overlook this discussion and the details involved. We also want to emphasize that we offered you the opportunity to receive fresh towels for an additional fee, which you chose to decline, saying you were comfortable without replacement. Additionally, your request for fresh towels came after only 3 nights. As our property is not a hotel, additional services like this incur a fee, which is clearly outlined in our property overview. You also highly rated our listing’s accuracy yet still expressed confusion regarding policies. Furthermore, we would like to clarify that the barking dog you referred to was not ours, as he is situated far away from the guest areas. What you may have heard were dogs from the adjacent street, though not consistently before 6 am as you stated. In our property overview, we made it clear that the island does have a notable population of stray cats and dogs. We recognize that barking might be unpleasant, however, it is very common on the island regardless of location.
