Weekend Getaway

Overall stay was ok for the price. As far as the location its a little sketchy. The outside of the property can be kept up a little better. But for what we came to Clarksville for it served its purpose.

This house was exactly as described, clean, easy to get to & a great location. I would agree with previous reviewers that there needs to be more seating in the living room. Maybe a small sectional. Overall great experience.

the only thing I would add is more seating in the Living room. there really isn't any room for more than 2 people to sit when stuck inside on rain days.

Place was ok. Very small. Only one TV and no cable available. Had to go buy toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags because there wasn’t enough left. Bathrooms had pink mold so they need to get a better house cleaner. Grass needed cut badly when we arrived. Air conditioner didn’t cool house off enough very hot inside during the day. They had to go buy us an air mattress because there is no twin bed in the house and they stated there was one.

Spring break getaway

A very nice place, was very pleased with our stay, The home was warm and welcoming, nice and Neat. Recommendations? More seating in the living room area, could very easily get by with a small sectional or even a couple of chairs in front of the windows. The 1 couch seats 3 adults comfortably the rest of the guests have the floor or the hard kitchen chairs. A regular coffee maker or a duel purpose would be better then the single serve keurig that worked when it wanted to. overall satisfied and would stay again when we come back to visit family. Thank you

Neat and comfy

I wish I would have stay a little longer. We loved the house. Everything is exactly as shown in pictures. Owner is on top of everything. Minor issues with water pressure if you shower while doing laundry. I am sure it will be fixed. Host seems to be on top of everything, if you need anything his response is immediate. House was neat, organized and super clean. You'll feel like is your own home. Thanks Liran.

Cute little house with plenty of space

Very cute and comfortable house. Plenty of space for a couple adults and a handful of children. Bathrooms were not spacious but the layout was efficient. The 3 bedrooms and beds were sized well so you had ample room to move around the bed. Appliances appeared new. The backyard might have been decent but weather didn't permit any time outside and there was a low hanging wire crossing most of the yard. The only things possibly missing would have been an extra mirror outside of the bathrooms and some oven mitts/pot holders for using the oven. Overall a great house and would recommend it.

Cute little three bedroom with everything you need

PROS: Exactly as pictured. It’s in an older neighborhood felt very safe. It’s been remodeled probably in the last four years inside. All the appliances work. washer &dryer in the garage was very convenient. FYI agitator goes few seconds before the water starts filling up. Bring soap & dryer sheets. Nice little house for up to 6 people to stay comfortable. CONS: There were one or two ants each day in the kitchen and bathroom. garage door does not open to put your car in. shower curtain liner molded on the bottom. The side chairs in living room could be either more comfortable or replaced with another couch. The see through curtains in bedroom caused neighbors flood light to shine right in bedroom. Also allowed the room to heat up which the AC couldn’t keep up with. 97 outside 76 inside AC set to 71. The lawn hadn’t been mowed in a while. Someone knocked asking if they can grass. None of this would stop me from staying there again. Also the smoke alarm went off at least once a day.

Never again

First issue was the fact that it's false advertisement due to the listing saying that it sleeps 7 and it only sleeps six they said that they had to pull out bed and they had a air mattress with no air pump or no extra sheets/covers and no extra pillows. The couch was worn out, there wasn't enough towels for all of us and my mom had to stay with family because she had nowhere to sleep. Smelled like cat pee at the front door. The back porch furniture had cat hair all over it. So we didn't sit on it. The back yard wasn't raked. (Leaves everywhere) The shower water pressure was low. The water went so low as to drips and back to low pressure. There was no televisions in the bedrooms and the garbage can outside was over full. We only had one trash bag to put trash in.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'd like to provide some context for those reading this review. Unfortunately, during this guest's stay, we didn't have the opportunity to address her concerns as she didn't communicate them with us until half a month later when she decided to leave a 1-star review. Many of the issues raised were beyond our control, such as the full outside garbage bin, outdoor odors, and water pressure. It's important to note that the guest booked their stay during the Christmas week, and understandably, the garbage company didn't schedule a pickup during that time. Considering the price we offered, it may be challenging for a 7-person group to find a comparable accommodation. We take pride in maintaining our property and strive to ensure our guests have a wonderful stay. It's disheartening when negative reviews impact small businesses, especially when efforts are made to provide a positive experience. We appreciate constructive feedback and are always open to addressing concerns during the stay to make it as enjoyable as possible for our guests.
