The Suite Northwest, located just north of Green Lake, south of Northgate Shopping area and between I-5 & Hwy 99, offers monthly rental accommodations for up to 4 guests, including 2 Queen beds with down comforters, private bath, full kitchen w/table & chairs and a pack and play crib is available upon request.

With its own private entrance, this 900 sq ft studio apartment offers a full kitchen complete with stove/oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, comfortable living room with 42' flat screen TV with cable, Wi-Fi, alarm clock and a private bath room. Two sets of French doors lead to a large wrap around deck that face west into the back yard, garden and a nice place to watch the sun set over the peek view Olympic mountains.

Walk to Green Lake and the playground, rent a kayak, canoe or SUP and paddle the lake, fish, play tennis, basketball or simply enjoy a latte at a local coffee shop, dine at several great restaurants that hug the lake. The Light Rail station is 1 mile away, University of WA is 3.5 miles away, 5.5 miles to downtown & 2.5 miles to Woodland Park Zoo. Forgot something or need a gift? Northgate Shopping area is 1.5 miles away.

The Suite Northwest is a comfortable retreat located in a residential neighborhood, yet conveniently located to Light Rail, Hwys & amenities and the perfect place for your next Seattle visit.

The property was great and allowed me to work and come back home and relax. Laundry and kitchen is all there, so I didn’t need to leave to do anything. It was a great stay and recommend this place to anybody.

Great long term rental!

Neressa & Trevor were wonderful hosts! Their place was very comfortable and they were both so quick to respond to any of our needs. Will definitely stay with them again!

Comfortable place to rest

Beautiful apartment under main house. Our stay was very comfortable. The kitchenette had everything we needed, the bed and bedding were comfy. The reason for knocking one star in overall score was the shower never warmed up. We were showering in tepid water for 3 nights with cold Seattle weather. Also the address was hard to find. There was no visible # on houses. This location is about 10-15 drive from downtown, not to far but also not much located within walking distance.

A great space very close to Green Lake area!

Our family of four were in Seattle for three days and nights in mid-June, 2018. We loved the space! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the leather couch was very comfortable! The outside deck area was adorable - we had take-out dinner one night on the patio table, and I spent every morning in the lounge chairs doing my crossword with my cup of coffee. We discovered we were within walking distance of Green Lake and all that was available there - my son swam and jumped off the diving board until closing time one evening, and we had ice cream and yogurt at the shops near the lake - it was nice being able to walk and not have to figure out parking. Neressa was awesome as well - I got three texts from her making sure we were all set with the accommodations, and the documentation in the apartment was detailed as well. The kitchen area consists of a microwave, and toaster oven, and a fridge - so you're probably limited to small breakfasts and lunches, but that was fine for us - we had pizza and takeout for dinner the nights we were there. Thanks for helping to make our time in Seattle enjoyable, Neressa!

Felt like I was staying with family

My stay was comfortable and I had everything I needed. I was there for an entire month and it felt like home. The owners were great and gave me a lot of local tips. Parking was in the street but I never had an issue with finding a spot.

Wonderful property

We enjoyed everything about this rental. Owner/ property manager was extremely helpful on everything including check-in and questions about how everything works.. Location is great close to Green Lake and lots of restaurants. Also close to light rail which we used to stay out of Seattle traffic. I would give this rental a 10 out of 10 🎉👍

Downstairs apartment with peakaboo westward views

My sister and I stayed here for a month between apartment rentals. We LOVED this downstairs unit. Highlights: adorable porch swing and peakaboo views to the Olympic mountains across the backyard, comfortable beds, plenty of seating space, well-equipped kitchen and full size fridge, and of course puppy Frankie who comes around to say hi every once in a while. Plenty of parking out on the street, easy access to I-5 and Northgate, and a nice quiet neighborhood. 10 out of 10... will be sure to stay here again if we ever need a spot!

Great home away

We enjoyed our stay in Seattle and really appreciated the hosts, location and hospitality of this VRBO. Everything as described. Easy parking, great location close to interstate and amenities, and everything needed in the unit to live for extended periods if needed. Would recommend.

Home away from home

Best Vrbo host & hostess you’ll find! I loved every minute of my trip. The suite is spacious, quiet, perfectly located, has everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. You have easy access to anywhere you’d like to go in the city. This place instantly felt like home and I can’t wait to go back!

Seattle Greenlake Stay

The host & hostess are the best and really made us feel at home. I stayed for 6 weeks while visiting family on Mercer Island. The location couldn’t be better. Walked the lake every day. Would definitely stay there next summer.

A great place for a multi-day stay

This is an attractive unit, with an open floor plan and plenty of room. There are two king sized beds in the great room so that would dictate who would stay there. Two couples, for example, would not have privacy. The unit is beautifully decorated and well organized with a nice patio. I loved it. My husband and I are already talking about staying there for a visit in November.

Very comfortable and convenient.

The property was very comfortable, convenient, and quiet. The description was spot on. Roomy, great beds, very pleasant surroundings. All the little extras like outdoor seating, washer/dryer, private entrance & local guide books really enhanced my stay. Proximity to express bus was an unexpected bonus. The host was very charming and accommodating. Little notes and signs helped in answering any questions - like lock up procedure. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Rental was amazing and easy

Rental property was quite and beautiful and easy to find. Property was very clean and stocked with personal things. Only thing that was was wrong when I was at night it was very hot but a fan was there for use. But overall stay was great I reckamend this property to anyone. And the view was was beautiful.

College visit

We found the property to be a great location for visits to SPU, UW and SU. We enjoyed the things the neighborhood area had to offer as well as what Seattle proper has to enjoy. Great accomodations, nice deck for evening or morning use. Parking slightly tricky but neighbor nice to inform us that we should park in space across street from house. Perfectly met our needs and expectations.

Relaxing!

This place was so great! We would highly recommend it. We weren't big fans of the Seattle scene but loved our room so much, we hung out there most of the weekend! Beds were very comfortable and patio was so peaceful, really relaxing few days and it was mostly the guest house! We will be back to try Canada and will book here again just for a few nights! Thanks for making a nice comfortable like home place to stay!

Don’t change a thing.

Very enjoyable. Exactly as advertised. The porch was a delightful place to spend early evenings. The decorating was done very well with many scenes from Seattle. A nice, comfortable stay. Thank you.

I'm an OH native, met my husband in 1993 while we were working summer jobs on Mackinac Island in MI. We moved to Seattle in 1996 and started a real estate career together in 1998.
I opened The Suite NW in the fall of 2008 and it has been great seeing guests return year after year.
We are happiest on and near the water, in the mountains skiing or camping and enjoy the city life too. We love the NW and all it has to offer!

We enjoy walks and bike rides to Green Lake and the local eateries that surround it...Duke's Chowder House, Cucina Oaxaca, Starbucks. We are about 1 mile from PCC natural market, organic grocery store and less than 2 miles from the main stay grocery store. Target, restaurants and more are also less than 2 miles away. We love the neighborhood we live in and the convenience to hwys and stores.
